Freundliche und unkompizierte Bedienung an der Rezeption. Der Checkin inklusive Parkkarte, Busticket und Skifahr Tipps ging sehr fix. Die Bushaltestelle zu den Bergbahnen ist gleich um die Ecke und bequem erreichbar. Skiraum verfügt über Schuhtrocknungsanlage. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr grosszügig und der doppelte Espresso waschecht vom Italiener zubereitet!

We are regular visitors and are made very welcome when we arrive. It is a very comfortable hotel , high standards , excellent food and a lovely swimming pool. We enjoy it very much . The staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is perfectly located at the center of the village. they provide pick up service from the main train station. the staff at reception and the dining room was extremely helpful and kind. The only point I would suggest to improve is the cold water at the swimming pool.

Tolles familiäres Hotel! Wir haben uns wie immer zuhause gefühlt. Die Zimmer hervorragend, ruhig, sehr schönes Bad. Das Essen war wie immer großartig, auf Spezialwünsche der Kinder (...Kinder eben...) wurde immer eingegangen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es im Speisesaal bei vielen Menschen doch etwas laut war - hier könnten evtl. Schallschutzelemente an der Decke Abhilfe schaffen. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben spontan einen Freund mehr mitgenommen und das Hotel hat uns Zimmer gegeben, die nur eine Tür für uns alle hat. Konnten eine Stunde später auschecken, etc. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Danke viel mal.

This is an old under invested hotel. The carpets have been there for 2 decades so do not expect much more. Also be careful about the location of the ski lift. There is one very nearby but it is not connected to the Parsenn and Klosters ski area. Staff were friendly and the parking guy very helpfu l
