Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, todo muy limpio, el desayuno bastante completo, y la piscina súper buena. Bastante céntrico en David y con acceso a restaurantes de la zona, adicional que tiene dentro dos restaurantes variados y de calidad. Tiene también estacionamientos.

Al llegar al hotel muy buena impresión chico muy amable nos dio todo la info muy bien y ya nos fuimos a la habitación #125 si me hubiera gustado q alguien nos ayudara con la maletas pero bueno. Habitación muy lindas muy limpias muy cómoda con A/C baño muy limpio agua caliente todo bien ordenado no hay queja ninguna tal es que si no tenía vista a la ciudad. Desayuno 4 opciones del cual los dos días no había carnes algo curioso pero el resto muy delicioso su jugo el café muy bueno personal muy amable. Tres estancias para comer o tomar algo nos tomas algo en bahia ( asado ) todo bien si me gustaría que trabajaran más en ofrecer una segunda bebida o ofrecer más asistencia pero en el trato bien. No comimos ni en la pizzería ni en bahía pero si se veía muy bueno. Las instalaciones son preciosas para unas buenas fotos . Piscina muy deliciosa para echarse un chapuzón peligroso para niños muy honda al gym nunca fuimos Pero en general un gran hotel para volver . Pura vida 🇨🇷

la atención única del personal al huésped, la ubicación bien accesible y si dentro de la habitación seria ideal el aire suena un poco pero me imagino que van poco por todo lo demás tremenda experiencia.

We had a flight early in the morning and asked the recepcionist for the shuttle that is free of charge and offered by the hotel. The receptionist mentioned that the first one was at 8.15 am and if we wanted an earlier lift, we should have emailed the hotel. Clearly this information is not explained anywhere. I said that On *********** and ********** explains that the first shuttle starts at 7. This lady kept saying that we had enough time if leaving at 8.15 ( flight ws at 9.30) and also said if we wanted to leave before 8.15 we had to get a taxi. ( The information on booking and hotels is misleading so I suggested changing that) Luckily I kept insisting and we got the shuttle to drive us at 7.30. Thankfully. Upon arrival at the airport, we were told there was overbooking and we had just got the last couple of seats. Glad we didn’t allow the receptionist to convince us to leave at 8.15 or we would have missed the flight. Also, we had a big problem and couldn’t do the check in online. We asked for a computer to log into our email quickly and We were not offered any help or solution by the staff.That was disappointing. Won’t be recommending

Mooie schone en ruime kamers in een mooi historisch pand. Lekker buiten zwembad en fitness ruimte. Aardig personeel, diner in bbq restaurant heerlijk… ontbijt redelijk… konden van kaartje kiezen ipv buffet maar dat zal wel komen door de mindere bezetting!
