民宿在古城北門附近，鬧中取靜，晚上出門幾分鐘步行就可以到達北門城牆上看燈會。房間雖然不大，但設施齊全，整潔乾淨衞生，早餐簡單但健康，服務到位，連着住了兩個晚上，感覺挺舒服的，出行到華嚴寺，鼓樓，四牌樓等商業區也方便，打車才 7 塊錢。這片區域都是經營民宿的，各有特色，出遊可以選擇這裏。

這次是帶父母和孩子出遊，這家不論從地理位置、住房環境、服務態度各方面都很出色，主動幫我們提行李，早飯種類也很豐富，既照顧了大眾口味還添加了地方特色，我家孩子很喜歡早飯的小餛飩，馬上又幫我們多煮了一碗。門口有自行車和三輪車可以借用，孩子第一次坐三輪車，新奇又開心。父母住在一樓的房間，夜裡沒開空調都很涼快，而且很安靜，休息得很好。
距離大同古城牆武定門走路不到5分鐘，還是大同古城旅遊公交內環線和景點接駁線的首發站，出門打車也很方便。如果天氣好，出門步行到代王府、四牌樓、九龍壁都沒問題。

房間讓我很新奇，有一種大炕的味道。老闆小美女雖然年齡小，但是非常熱情周到，又温馨。我的家人因為腸胃不適，就想吃口乾凈的飲食，走街串巷尋找不到，無奈買了麪包回到民宿，衹聽我説家人的情況，立刻講，晚餐給你們做稀飯小鹹菜，一碗粥一碟鹹菜，我的眼睛熱呼呼的，這是民宿嗎？明明是家人接待站！

環境真的很好，老闆也很好，乾淨衞生，還有免費三輪車可以隨便騎。真的太方便了，住宿位置離步行街不太遠，有一公里左右，沿途看看風景，走着一會就到了。離城樓真的很近，晚上可以上城樓看花燈，離雕塑博物館也很近。走路兩三分鐘就能到。民宿裏還可以吃到山西陳醋，很好的體驗呢。大同真是太棒了，待了三天都沒玩夠呢。以後有機會還要過來玩。這家民宿很驚喜。

到大同，選擇古城牆的老城根絕對是最正確的選擇。謝謝老闆和工作人員的細緻照顧，感覺就像回家。早餐健康又好吃。房間非常雅緻，綠植是茉莉花，房間味道清新淡雅。衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全。以後來大同，一定會再住老城根
