酒店設定有些老舊，但整體還能接受。酒店服務很好，跟進也及時。

酒店非常乾淨，前台服務非常好。房間也非常大，一家四口住的很舒服。主要每層都有免費的農夫山泉礦泉水可以領取，對於我這種愛喝水的人真是太貼心了。好評！

房間還比較寬敞，但這個價格性價比不高。説是有五項配套服務，其實很多都不能保證。古城接送説沒有車，送站在有空餘車輛的情況下也要讓客人拼車，去雲岡石窟是旅遊大巴。
房間裏面的裝修氣味有點重，甚至還有點嗆人。房間基本沒有任何隔音效果，入住三個晚上，每天晚上11點多都還有人在走廊大聲喧嘩，中午休息時，服務人員也在走廊上大聲説話。
服務意識較差，前台小妹都是實習生，培訓不足，對客人的問題沒有主動跟進的意識。
