首先這個酒店不要拿温泉來當幌子，什麼叫温泉啊，這個就是個澡堂子+按摩（消費），前台個別服務員基本沒有服務，所謂免費温泉（澡堂子）就是給你一次券，出來就讓你還手牌，再進去又算一次，客房裡都有淋浴我何必再你這裏洗，男士據説還有個池子，女澡堂子都是收費的浴缸🛁，四星酒店根本沒有四星服務，本來就是想着給長者小孩泡泡，商家不説明白浪費了2次券（本來沒多少錢但是在跟前台溝通的過程讓人很不爽1是覺得不值。2是總感覺這家酒店總想變相讓客房掛賬坑客户的錢很不爽），給後面的寶寶們提個醒吧！另外有個男經理見人下菜碟，都是住酒店的對那些消費的男的跟一般住酒店的客人態度都不一樣！在這裏感覺你點服務了你就是上帝，你住酒店不消費你就不需要被服務！PS：客房服務人員態度很好也很熱情，比前台強多了！

打最低分是因為中餐廳年輕男廚師長！傲慢無禮，拒絕早餐客人正常需求，沒有一點服務精神！
他手下其他服務員工都很好，想為我服務，他都攔着不讓，衹顧自己低頭玩手機！
去過眾多酒店，不提五星，三星酒店都沒見過這麼差的服務人員！
本來酒店挺好，就因為他，給貴酒店抹黑！

地理位置優越，緊鄰萬達，吃飯方便。
房間乾淨整潔，工作人員服務態度好，每日贈送小零食。早餐有刀削麪和羊雜粉，味道不輸外面的麪館。
