酒店接送站十分方便，附近都是居民區很安靜，樓下的燒烤超級無敵好吃。有一晚數據線丟了，前台沒有備用，這點需要加強

房間很大，床也很大，送水很大方也算華住會的特色了，洗衣間有三套洗烘，很方便洗衣服。
唯一不太滿意的是我晚上十一點半左右致電前台，詢問是否有眼罩，得到肯定答覆後我決定要兩個蒸汽眼罩，然後一直等到十二點多也沒有送來，怕太晚送來影響家人休息，我就自行到前台去拿，工作人員告知我是之前的工作人員弄錯了，該酒店沒有眼罩。住過華住會很多次，這樣的情況第一次發生，前台的工作人員欠專業，如果發現客人需要的東西缺貨難道不應該及時告知嗎？特別是在深夜的情況下，我們還要一直等着機器人送東西都無法睡覺，很影響休息。
