房間佈局雅緻，使用方便。位於古城內太平樓邊上，出入很方便，附近就有餐飲、古街，九龍壁和華嚴寺、法華寺、代王府都在1km一範圍內。服務周到，門口冰櫃裏礦泉水、飲料敞開供應。

房間設施裝修很新，日式裝修，在東南邑環境特別好，周圍酒吧咖啡廳商業街配套都很齊全，去哪都很方便，玩的很開心

打掃的姐姐很認真，還負責做早飯，好評。
雖然是民宿但是早餐時間有明確規定【7點半-8點半】，早晚誤差半個小時都是不行的。然後老闆會在前一天晚上9點問你吃不吃早飯，如果你沒有準確説出自己的用餐時間，老闆會在晚上11點連環call你電話來確定你的用餐時間…
雖然榻榻米房間，進住宿區域就要脱鞋，但房間裏會隨機遇見一些高蛋白的屍體。
晚上的酒吧可以唱到深夜，建議每個房間備上耳塞。
這個價位可選擇的範圍還有很多，有些雷不必硬踩。

服務很好，地理位置也很好，步走去哪都挺方便，一次性毛巾啊浴巾啊馬桶套都有，有問題和店家溝通也很好的解決，就是再便宜點就更好了

酒店的位置非常好，交通也很方便，晚上在古城裡逛一逛，氣氛不錯
酒店有酒吧和餐廳，環境很好，但是提供的食品一般，早晨提供的早餐真的很難吃
房間裏面的窗簾兒合不嚴，會留一道縫子，晚上睡覺的時候感覺很不安全
卧室和外面桌子之間有一個拉門，面上有個拉門，着實是個敗筆，總是不小心會磕到腳
床墊偏軟，床周圍有一個木頭的邊框，從床上站起來的時候不是很方便，也容易磕到腿
