一年基本都在路上，住了這麼多酒店，就從未寫過差評！如家也是經常住，就沒這麼無語過！這家如家前台戴眼鏡矮胖女前台極其不專業，入住時，帶了狗狗，又説他家帶寵物一定要給4樓最裡麪幾間房，我在入住其他如家連鎖寵物友好從沒有這個規定。由於行李比較多，想住在離電梯近點的房間，在表明我的狗狗不會叫特別乖，如果影響他人我願意立刻換房間之後，矮胖前台還是不可以。那個前台臉立刻就拉下來了，態度差，既然區別對待，還搞什麼寵物友好！為什麼衹有你家如家這樣、別的如家沒有？！你給誰臉色看呢？辦理入住，又是按金，又是換房間，又是要給他們家酒店點贊收藏、又是讓買早餐，又是讓登記車牌號、磨磨唧唧沒完沒了，真不知道這前台怎麼當的！本來旅途很勞累，搞入住搞了25分鐘還不讓休息！入住時，也不知道是不是邊角的房間經常沒人住，床單被罩枕頭一層灰，又讓保潔重新換床上用品！退房後，打電話來説他們房間裏的煙灰缸不見了，我們從來都不抽煙，我怎麼知道煙灰缸去哪裡了！越想越不舒服，主動打電話回去，又是戴眼鏡的矮胖女前台接的，跟我們一頓形容煙灰缸的位置，樣子在哪裡、我説我從不抽煙、我根本沒有留意過煙灰缸在哪！那東西我嫌棄臟都來不及，我還能給你拿走不成？！趕緊退我按金！她就跟聽不明白話一樣，一直在説他們的煙灰缸不見了！就算你們煙灰缸不見了，和我交的寵物按金有什麼關係？憑什麼不給退款？自己酒店有沒有放都不知道，憑什麼不自己弄清楚後，再去聯繫客人？你們怎麼那麼肯定你們之前房間裏一定有煙灰缸！我從不抽煙，我根本沒留意過你們煙灰缸的位置！你憑什麼過來質問我？一年在外面遊玩、住酒店無數，就沒遇見這麼離譜的事情！能不能提升一下前台服務人員的素質和專業水平！你們最好是給我回電話告訴我你們到底找沒找到煙灰缸！不要不了了之，好像是我們拿你煙灰缸了一樣！來大同本來很開心，好心情全被這個酒店前台給打擾了！從來沒寫過差評，這個不打這麼多字都不行！太差了這家！服務態度、客房也不乾淨！看了一眼其他客人的評價，都説你家前台服務態度差真是有道理！確實太差！
