Great place to stay allowed early check in and late check out at no cost. Young Man on desk Hasith went above and beyond to accomodate me and Sherrie the manager was wonderful as well. They are an assay to this Motel I look forward to returning. Louisa Grimman

No parking allocated to apartment meaning when the few carspaces were taken, we had to park on the street. We got booked!!! because it's a street with only a 2hr parking Stayed a month, paid $3,000 and got No change of linen for the first 2 weeks!! Poor service from desk clerk, very rude. Kept saying, " I'll refer it to the body corporate" Pool has no key or card security and anyone from the street can jump in AND they did!!! 5 local boggans got in. We exited and asked the desk clerk to escort them out. He wouldn't. So basically our 1 month $10,000 holiday got ruined because of this stupid accommodation. It's expensive I'm comparison with others yet there's no service or quality. Not a nice place to stay Thank you Esplanade for the worst time ever!!

Unfortunately the room we were in was very dated, especially the bathroom. It looks like it's from the sixties and never been renovated. The curtains hade partially come out of their tracks, due to damaged sliders. The lady at reception was very helpful and kind but totally overworked. She was part of the cleening team and therefore not available when needed. For what we got we feel the room was way too expensive.

The Hotel rooms are very dated, in partoicular the bathrooms. Curtains were off the rails, some of the sliders were broken. The shower/bathtub is slippery and the taps and shower head are really old. I would rate it as a 3 level Hotel and by far too expensive for what you get.

Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal.
