1. Ctrip is rubbish. I forgot to order breakfast and said I would lose money. It’s not surprising. I changed my booking.

Parkhauseinfahrt ist schwer zu finden, 2 Navi haben im Einbahnverkehr versagt, wir haben es grossräumig umkreist bis der Zugang gefunden war. Das Hotel seltsam über Treppen erreichbar... der Start war doof. Aber dann. Alles sehr sauber, Zimmer mit Fenster zum öffnen, ruhig, Dusche mit viel Wasser, heisses Wasser, Badezimmer hell, toller Spiegel, - was man da schon manchmal erleben muss .... hier das totale Gegenteil. Die Betten sooooo bequem, Klimaanlage sehr dezent, Frühstücksbuffet gut, frischer Obstsalat mit Quark ist voll lecker und die Dachterasse ist sehr angenehm. Leider ist dort rauchen erlaubt, was mir nicht gefallen hat, aber das Leben ist kein Wunschkonzert. Am 2. Tag saßen null Raucher draußen, alles gut. Zum Personal, alle fleißig und sehr sehr nett.
