Everything was fine. Location of the hotel was the best thing about it. The only issue was that we booked a mountain view room but more than half the view was obstructed by the neighbouring building’s shade, you can see the valley and the mountains only if you go and stand near the window and not from the bed. This issue is limited to only few initial rooms. So please communicate with the hotel stay before checking in.

The view was good and the team at the reception was very helpful. 2 points which were not as per my expectations 1) the wifi in the room was not working throughout our stay
2) the in-room breakfast was stale and the idli was very dry and rubber hard.

The staff were very nice.The food quality was also very nice.Upasana,Mona,amar,gyanender were very nice.....Their behaviour is very good.....The ambience was very nice....the room was also very nice...the scenic beauty was also good,.....

It was a comfortable and memorable stay for us. All thanks to Mona, upasnan and gyanendra. Mona took care of every little thing we needed. She is very humble and super cute. I would like to see her again. Since my mother in law had problem eating spicy foods , Mona made sure she could eat food according to her taste.

The facilities can be improved. There is no body lotion, conditionner Food is average, sambar is not at all good. For a 3 star range there can be better spread. Taste can be improved a lot Room is good as well the room service. The service staff at restaurant are supportive. The singer is awesome and sang well.

Wonderful experience and good view from room 117. Excellent location and mall is just 5 min walk. Management is really good and quick service for all requirements.
