The rooms were quite good, had a great view, cleanliness was top-notch. Staff was very supportive especially Mr. Pramod from restaurant. The food was also nice, here we got the opportunity to go try local cuisine also. The only problem that I saw was the steep road upto hotel

Mahesh,house keeping . Good and neat rooms. Regular cleaning and change of bed spread and beverage sachets. Requirement to the room immediately responded to. Though the room is slightly away from the main building no delay in service or in response.

Great stay and Housekeeping and all staff excellent. Great view. Mahesh Tamang from house keeping was really helpful. Great food and smiling staff. View point is amazing.Rooms are comfortable. Kids play area is engaging for kids. Nice open space overall.

The staff and service were excellent. The staff takes special care to ensure guests feel welcome. Breakfast and buffets have a varied spread catering to all tastes. Our room was always cleaned quickly and with great care by Birsika. She went the extra mile ensuring our comfort. The spa was fantastic and reasonably priced

Stay was nice. The rooms are good. The food was good. We had fun activities with Mr Rushen that was cherry on top. Weather, people, everything was nice. Advise all the families, couples, singles want to have fun to visit this place at least once.
