The service was excellent and the food also very tasty. The ambience was very nice with cold weather, Mr Aman from the F&B department he is a very polite and helpful person, he takes care of us very well. I'm very thankful to his service, we'll definitely visit again... I highly recommend this Mount property...

Terrible stay. Highly unprofessional staff . As vegetarian We had requested packed vegetarian breakfast and we were given eggs. Lots of bed bugs and mosquitos in the room. Vegetarians please avoid. Add ons :- Stinky rooms , TV not working , Gaps in windows that had free entry to plenty of insects, bathroom tap was continuously leaking. If you have a free stay offered still its safe and worth avoiding . This place ruins all the goodies of a beautiful lake and town .

The stay here at Mount Queens Hill Resort was amazing. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and would like to come back here again. Everybody catered to our needs and they helped us with all our issues. The food was lip-smacking and Reshap Gurung supervised very well and stayed by us whenever we needed him. Amazing and a very comfortable stay!

Every thing perfect. Very polite and helpful staff. Clean hotel and perfect location with wondul lake facing room. Food was also delicious. The room was very spacoius.Good value for money. Will look forward for a longer stay. Thanks team, keep it up.

It was really a nice stay. The hotel manager Mr. SUNNY was really helpful and ensured personally that our stay was rememberable. The location and view is really good. The food is amazing. The staff is really helpful. I would highly recomend this property.

The stay was pleasant and location was very good, and Mount Queens Hill Resorts are on the MIRIK lake only walking, and staff are very helping and supportive especially Ms Raksha. MIRIK is very calm place for relaxing. The morning is superb.

It was a memorable experience. The staff members are very polite, cooperative and hospitable. The hotel has an excellent ambience with an amazing view of the lake. They have great food. Overall it was a beautiful experience and we would love to visit them again.
