The hotel had a great ambience. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The service was top notch. The view from balcony was amazing. The Tea Boutique is one place you should definitely spend some time in. The staffs were great especially Supriya and Prajokta. We recommend this hotel to all.

Very clean and comfortable stay . The staff were very cooperative . Would like to mention Aman , Khushboo and Kavita from service and Chef Govind for serving us delicious food .Also housekeeping staff Romia and Sushma were lovely. Overall I highly recommend this place with a good view of Darjeeling.

One of the most cosiest and comfortable places to be in darjeeling, Supriya and her team took utmost care to make our stay a very comfortable one. All staff here is super efficient and equally well behaved. Overall a big 👍 from my side would love to stay here on our next trip.

We visited West gate for our first anniversary... The experience was beyond my expectations. The hotel is located in prime location and it took very little time to reach anywhere we want. We were treated with utmost care by Miss Supriya Ray. She took care of every minor details to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The view from the room was breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling without any doubt. Thank you so much for an amazing stay

Location was tad far from the clock tower away from the busy streets & buzz. However, the rooms and food were worth it. The view from balcony is good. Services were good as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Service is excellent I was there on August 15 2024. They invited all guests and did Flag Hoisting as part of India Independence day celebrations . I am really happy that I choose Summit West gate posada. Kanchenajunga view from my room is also spectacular. Specially food and service is exceptional. Thank you team for making my vacation memorable.

Amazing service Food was extremely delicious Nice property. Room was good , beautiful and clean. Staffs I would like mention are Kabita ,Aman from restaurant and Sushma,Romia and Renu from housekeeping team. Must suggest this hotel to have happening vacation.
