Our stay was made pleasant by excellent service rendered by front office team members of Mount Lungta consists of Mr. Prayash, Ms. Aswika, and Mr. Gyaltchen and Housekeeping Ms. Sarmila , Ms Kabita and ms. passang. Hope they will continue in delivering excellent service.

Pleasant stay with great service I had a great stay at this hotel Mount lungta. The service wqs excellent and every staff member was helpful and welcoming Ms.Choki Fo staff Mr Prayash, Gyaltchen Ms Aswika F&B with good food service Mr Meger Ms Rabina Mr Dichen The hospitality turly stood out making my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommended this hotel to my friends and family.

Rooms were neat and we had a good time staying at the hotel. Food is not so bad even though we thought it might be bad. Staffs were polite and calm. I recommend people to stay at this hotel. Heater location in washroom can be adjuested to place...

I had an absolutely amazing experience during my solo trip. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality. A special mention to Aswika, Prayash, and Gyaltchen, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was cozy, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was delicious, with a great variety of flavors that made every meal delightful.
As a solo traveler, I felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout my stay. This hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking to relax and experience the beauty of Ghoom. Highly recommended, and I would love to visit again!

Hotel is at high altitude, it gives the feeling of being in a cloud. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a smart TV in the room that helps with good timepass. Food is fine. View from the window is scenic. The in-house spa is very good with a wide variety of massage options, it has a great ambience!

Hello everyone so this is a small message to the entire team and family of Mount Lungta thank you so much for making our stay wonderful and fabulous.all the staff were generous and humble Mr prayash Mr gyaltchen were always there for the help and ms furlaki and aswika were also help us alot during our stay.Food was very delicious and the services were preety good Mr nirjal Mr kinchok Mr dechen and ms rabina was there at our services. I will recommend my friends and family to visit this property and make their trip with amazing ppl and amazing views of Darjeeling.

The food can be a bit on the expensive side but it's quite tasty. You might require a heater in the room which they provide at a minimal extra price but it gets the room very warm and cozy. It is also right near the Ghum railway station, through which a toy train runs between DHR to Ghum and return.
