My stay at Mount Lungta was fabulous and memorable . It’s a beautiful property snuggled in between Ghoom and Jorebunglow. The hotel is clean and beautifully set up. The behaviour of the staff was warm and welcoming. The food that was served ( buffet) was appetizing and flavoursome. Kudos to the chef and his team. The people who catered especially the girl was commendable. She made sure we were served hot naan. Kudos to Mount hotel for such a staff. It’s a must stay if you are visiting Darjeeling or in and around Darjeeling. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff were warm, helpful, and always attentive. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. My room was quiet and cozy, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Review against Mount Hotels This is specifically for Mount Queens Hills , Mirk . Terrible stay. Highly unprofessional staff . As vegetarian We had requested packed vegetarian breakfast and we were given eggs. Lots of bed bugs and mosquitos in the room. Vegetarians please avoid. Add ons :- Stinky rooms , TV not working , Gaps in windows that had free entry to plenty of insects, bathroom tap was continuously leaking. If you have a free stay offered still its safe and worth avoiding . This place ruins all the goodies of a beautiful lake and town . They are bad at hospitality and services to an extent that their Guest Relations Team is itself so bad at resolving issues that I found it important to highlight that general functioning of the company is bad so please dont book your stay with any Mount Properties. Its your vacations so dont spend 1500 rupees also for these properties as its worth a hassle far more…Better book a good property and have peace of mind.

I took a suite room and it was beautiful with all the amenities provided , the bathtub was properly cleaned and the hotel was so warm and cozy . The city view was truly amazing. The cozy space at the restaurant was also very amazing . I tried the Swedish massage and got discounts as well . In short the properly is in good location , very well maintained , clean linens and the food was great too . My overall experience was awesome and we had a great time at the table tennis area too.

I stayin mount lungta Room is so good and view from the balcony stay was very memorable at lungta hotel we got the traditional khada welcoming on check in time and darjeeling special tea Reception guys provide me and the breakfast is was amazing with lots of variety and everything I will definitely recommend to come and visit lungta Thank you Team

Location 5/5 star 5/5 star Food is amazing - 5/5 star Room- 5/5 star Very Good hotel. This hotel ia very good. Staff is very polite and very helpful. specially Sh. Satyamrai is very helpful i spent two nights with my family. If i come to darjeeling, will definitely stay here
