This hotel is nothing like what they show on their website and Facebook. The rooms are dingy, filthy, extremely overpriced hotel. There is no water in the hotel in the morning. The food served was horrible and inedible. The beds are dirty and full of bed bugs. When asked for assistance the staff behaves extremely poorly with guests and the owner when asked to return paid price says so he will not. The Manager is very rude and a fraud person as well. Many people are facing problems with this hotel. They also don't refund any amount paid online for their own faults. Fully fraud hotel witha thief like manager. DO NOT enter this hotel to stay. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the Darjeeling Hotel Singalila is excellent. The Darjeeling Mall is just four minutes away by foot. There are no ups and downs on the road from the Darjeeling Mall to the Hotel. I was accompanied by my father. It was a cakewalk for my dad to get to the Darjeeling Mall from the hotel. He was not required to be accompanied by anyone when he visited Darjeeling Mall. Additionally, a room was arranged for my father on the ground floor by the hotel. In terms of the food, it was very Bengali - fish and chicken. It was a safe and clean hotel.
