We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. The best part of this hotel is its staff, particularly Priti and her team, including Yangchen, Anil, and others. They excel in room service and respond very quickly. 🤗 The rooms are good, although the cleaning was not up to par on the first day due to renovation. However, they cleaned the rooms after we brought it to their attention. The rooms are cozy, and the best part is the view - you can see the entire Darjeeling city, which is great. 😍 As for the food, the taste is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The staff is very kind and gentle. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4/5 rating. (I would have given it a 5/5 if not for the initial cleaning issue, but the exceptional staff deserves an extra star!)"

The hotel gave us the room we didn't book for. The reservation manager took our money for deposit but returned only half because he spent it. If we would have got the room that we booked for it would have been nice ig. The hotel location is good.

It’s was really great experience with staff specially yangchen and others are very friendly at food was also great room service was also very nice I will like to visit in the hotel again next time I will recommend to my friends to to visit in this hotel thank you so many to all members for hospitality 😊😊😊

It was a great experience. Worth every penny. Staff behavior was great and attentive . Food quality and quantity is amazing. Though its a veg hotel but the choices for food are vast and lip smacking. I dnt think u will get a much better location than this at this price

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first View's from the hotel rooms are awesome..loved to stay in Alaya Heritage Darjeeling best place to spent our vacation .... The hotel was so beautiful and it felt really nice and satisfying there. The staff were cooperative which made it a lot easier. The view of the mountains from the hotel was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean and the food served was tasty as well. Overall a very very nice experience.

The staff was very sweet and humble with us they made our trip more memorable. And I also made a good fher name was sayjal she also worked there and was very sweet. The view from rooms was also very great and the food they made us was also very delicious.

Accesbility is a challenge. Rooms are spread across 3 floors with no lift. Breakfast is also okay. Giving 3 stars only for the staff. They are very cooperative
