酒店不是想象中那麼大。因為時間比較久 設施相對陳舊些。但是服務人員態度相當的好。 前台和餐廳人員都很好。房間還算蠻大 還有陽台 風景👌。spa需要付費25歐。提前做好思想準備。

Week passato in questa struttura…. Hotel molto carino, camera spaziosa e pulita e personale gentile e sorridente. Anche sul cibo nulla da dire… 3 primi e 3 secondi da poter scegliere sia per pranzo che per cena… oltre antipasto a buffet e dolcetto finale. Spa piccolina ma carina. Comodissimo per l accesso alle terme…. Un minuto a piedi! C’è qualche pecca che a nostro parere si potrebbe sistemare con poco… - la temperatura in camera davvero troppo elevata … senza aver possibilità di abbassare i gradi. - non avevamo il doppio cuscino nel letto, ….certo,…noi non lo abbiamo chiesto, quindi non posso escludere che su richiesta ce lo avrebbero fornito senza problemi. - il materasso non proprio comodissimo per un 4 stelle…. Sarebbe risolvibile con un semplice topper. - nella stanze della spa la temperatura era freschina… anche la stanza del fieno, di per sé è molto carina…. Ma troppo fredda… da valutare una temperatura un po’ più gradevole, della musica rilassante come sottofondo e magari qualche luce soffusa oltre alla lampada di sale gigante già presente nella stanza. - aggiungere qualche pietanza in più da poter scegliere nel buffet. - costo del soggiorno leggermente eccessivo. Detto questo…. Comunque siamo tornati a casa soddisfatti e rilassati. Quindi si….. consiglio il soggiorno in questo hotel.

Siamo tornati al Rizzi pensando di trovare il solito servizio top...la stanza aveva bisogno di manutenzione come anche la SPA...ma la cosa più deludente è stato il ristorante. Un tempo si potevano gustare piatti gourmet con ottime materie prime...ora assomiglia più ad una mensa...di scarsa qualità con ingredienti messi a casaccio e nel caso del dolce sembrava fatto con prodotti industriali. Peccato...un brutto scivolone!

abbiamo usufruito del servizio SPA di 2 ore, tutto perfetto. grazie per questo pomeriggio di totale relax. abbiamo prenotato tramite smartbox e il servizio è stato velocissimo. siamo stati forniti di accappatoi, teli, ciabattine e tutto il necessario per essere nel comfort.

Bell'hotel grande camere spaziose e pulite c'è un buon centro benessere e la piscina riscaldata. Comodo per andare alle terme 50mt a piedi. Il ristorante ha un menù basico ma non male. Il parcheggio è a pagamento. La colazione invece non è da 4stelle

Bel Capodanno! Ero un po' titubante perché alcune recensioni erano non del tutto positive. Invece io ho trovato tutto piacevole. Stanza pulita e grande, cibo vario e bel cenone. Atmosfera allegra e personale gentile. Ottimo il pacchetto che prevede entrata al centro benessere dell'hotel e alle terme di Boario.

Da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspettavo qualcos'altro nella nostra stanza non andava l' asciugacapelli poi il menù era deludente e poco abbondante Quando ho richiesto una semplice pasta al sugo mi è arrivata una pasta sugo e olive e dopo averlo fatto notare mi è stata riportata la stessa pasta la spa piccola ma rilassante il servizio a volte troppo insistente ma sempre cortese la camera discreta uniche due cose sulla camera: il letto sotto era strappato e i cuscini sembravano mattoni. La colazione: il cibo non corrispondeva alle etichette. Poi per la colazione mi aspettavo un po' più di cibo. Location accettabile solo perché è vicino alle terme per il resto era lontana dal centro. Ultima cosa ma assolutamente non per importanza non c'era un menù per gli allergici!!!!!!!! Spero che questa recensione sia utile ai turisti e all' hotel per migliorare per farla breve vi sconsiglio questo hotel!!!!!
