Inea Hotel

⛔️⛔️⛔️I’m very disappointed by my experience at this hotel. I paid €344 for a reservation, attracted by the hotel’s overall “sea view” promise. However, upon arrival, I realized that the hotel is not by the sea, but located on a road with a 10-minute walk to the beach – definitely not the sea view I was expecting. We had booked a garden-view room, but we never even saw the room, as we decided to leave immediately. The hotel refused any refund despite the misleading description and our decision not to stay. This lack of understanding and customer care is disappointing, especially at this price point. If you’re looking for a true beachside experience, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

This hotel exceeded every expectation and the amazing staff made us feel like VIPs from the start. Our room was modern, spacious, and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The pool was so lovely and the breakfast and lunch was delicious! The location was perfect - convenient to travel to Chania old town (10 minutes by bus) yet peaceful enough to relax. There were also lots of shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. When we needed recommendations or a quick request, the staff went above and beyond to help. In particular, Kiki, Karyna, Alexis and Thania made our trip truly special. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and will absolutely return. A true five-star gem! Kerry and Bobby

Clean welcoming and pleasant place. Smiley people, clean pool and gym, tasty breakfast. Really enjoy the place and the hospitality. The most important thing is to feel comfortable on the place. These people know how to make you feel like that.

We booked a week independently at this beautiful hotel as we struggled to book through a holiday company. It was certainly worth the effort! From the wonderful greeting upon arrival to the assistance into the taxi on the way home- we experienced a truly relaxing stay at this hotel. The staff are all wonderfully polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is maintained very well with pool/ beach towels provided as needed. There are about 24 comfortable sun beds around the pool & no-one ‘claimed’ them, any bed left unattended for a length of time was cleared for the next guest. Hurray- well done. The hotel has a lift to all floors and also has stair-lifts into the breakfast/ restaurant area and up to the reception area. The hotel is in a quiet vicinity, with no noisy bars / pubs nearby. We found enough places to eat nearby including a very nice lunch in the Milios restaurant (the hotel restaurant). Chania is easy enough to get to for lots of choice & shopping. There is a park over the road, and lots of locals use this and nearby sports clubs so there is a pleasant mix of people enjoying this lovely suburb. Beaches are 5-15 mins away, a choice of 4, all lovely - clear water, mainly sandy, quiet beach bars on all, sun beds, areas to lay on the sand & one cove had an electronic sea-trac to enable those with reduced mobility to get in/out of the sea. We stayed in the room above reception- a pool view. One thing to note is that some rooms are lower ground, however all have an area to sit outside and there are some lovely private spaces to sit both in & out of the sun around the hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Inea Sole and Crete.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in September 2024, not long after its opening in April. You would have no idea how soon it had opened, everything was seamless. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and every single member of staff we came across from reception to bar staff to cleaners were all so lovely and genuinely happy to help with anything you asked about. Little touches such as a welcome drink and lunch boxes for day trips really made what is already a gorgeous hotel worthy of a high star rating. We loved it and have been recommending Inea Sole to everyone we know. The only sadness we have is that if word gets out about how amazing it is, we may not get it for the same price again in another few years! Wishing them all of the luck and success they deserve ☺️

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the team could not have done more to help us and be of service. Extra hangers, sheets and even making us up a breakfast box when we gave very short notice of a trip. The hotel is stunningly clean, modern and pool, rooms and facilities are very good. Breakfast is amazing ! But that aside what really makes it is the staff, who go the extra mile at all times to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. I'd highly recommend staying here.
