Beautiful location, beautiful hotel and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Travelling on my own I felt extremely comfortable and really appreciated the small details like additional locks on the door and ways of ensuring I was not disturbed.
Would stay again in a heartbeat and plan to come back.

The first-line sea view and private beach view are invincible, and free parking is also a bonus. I lived in a double-examination sea view room. The living room and balcony on the second floor can only see the scenery, but the air conditioning effect is too poor, and the upstairs is too hot. The temperature on the island in July and August is very high. All items in the hotel are charged, including water, and there is no free bottle.

The staff at this lovely hotel epitomise the meaning of exceptional customer service! They are just amazing- sincerely helpful, supportive, empowered, friendly and efficient. It is so difficult to get this right and they are spot on! We loved our stay because we felt so welcome and cares for! The hotel itself has beautiful rooms, excellent food and it is located right on the beach. We loved our stay there!

Exceptional Stay at Domes Noruz Chania We had an incredible stay at Domes Noruz Chania. The staff were truly outstanding — warm, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made all the difference. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stylish design, stunning views, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Both restaurants — Topos and Raw — served very delicious food, and the cocktails were equally impressive. Every detail, from the setting to the service, was flawless. This is one of the best 5+ resorts I ever stayed in. It is beautifully laid out on a sandy beach with lots of shade, shallow peaceful water and beach service. What makes this place unique is the shape and size of guest rooms, superb amenities, ambience and most importantly welcoming, helpful and friendly staff.

This is one of the best resorts in which we have ever stayed in all our years of travel. The setting and design of the resort are beyond spectacular. Our room, the Sublime Retreat, was absolutely breathtaking. It was a two level suite, with an outdoor plunge pool and outdoor tub. The views of the ocean were amazing. All of the staff with which we interacted were warm, caring, and truly helpful. While we intended to tour Crete, we cut our sighteeing short so that we could spend more time at the resort. Our dinners at Topos were amazing as well, sitting outdoors with views of the sea and the most beautiful sunsets. I truly recommend this resort for a wonderful and idyllic stay.
