Ideally located in Yading Village, just a few meters from the bus stop. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The view from our room was incredible: facing two of the park's three highest snow-covered mountains. Impeccable comfort with good insulation and a much-appreciated heated blanket. When I first booked, I wasn't aware of the scenic area's rule requiring visitors to enter by shuttle bus before 4:30 PM on the day of arrival. Fortunately, the hotel was very accommodating and allowed me to postpone my booking by a day. For dinner, I had the tender stewed chicken and Mapo Tofu. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat much due to severe altitude sickness. However, as a self-proclaimed foodie, I'd rate the chicken soup 90 out of 100 – the chicken itself was a good choice, though the knife work could be refined. The Mapo Tofu, while not made with traditional Sichuan tofu and thus having a slightly less authentic texture, was still perfectly acceptable. My altitude sickness worsened that night. Even with the diffused oxygen system in the room, I remained sleepless throughout. This was a profound irony for someone like me, who has cycled across China and entered Tibet via the G219 highway multiple times. The male owner spoke good foreign languages, and the female owner was gracefully elegant. Highly recommended.

I followed the advice in the comments section and proactively added the hotel's WeChat. It turned out to be an excellent decision and truly saved me a lot of hassle. With the hotel's guidance, my car was parked for free at a hotel near the scenic area entrance. Then, a staff member warmly drove me right to the entrance and even assisted with ticket purchases. I took the shuttle bus to Yading Village, Stop 2. Upon arrival, someone was there to pick me up right away, just a few dozen meters away. A quick side note: the shuttle bus driver was a bit too aggressive, taking over a hundred sharp turns, which left me feeling quite motion sick. Check-in was quick, and I was able to settle into my room for a much-needed rest. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the panoramic view of the vast highland barley fields outside the window was absolutely breathtaking. Before I headed out, a staff member enthusiastically shared useful travel tips and a local guide. It rained lightly in the scenic area, and when I returned in the evening, a steaming cup of ginger tea was immediately brought to my room. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. Staying at this hotel was undoubtedly the most satisfying choice of my entire Western Sichuan trip.

Amenities: A humidifier (super large, enough to keep humidified all night), an oxygen machine, and floor heating. Perhaps because it's a B&B, there are some design flaws. The automatic toilet is nice, but the constant flushing wastes a lot of water, so I had to unplug it... Also, there were no disposable toiletries. Luckily, I brought my own. While the hotel definitely disinfected them, I'm still a bit skeptical. Even a 6-star hotel wouldn't accept them, so you can ignore that. Cleanliness: Quite clean, quite good for a B&B under 300 yuan. Environment: Quite comfortable, very close to the third stop of the scenic area, right off the bus. Service: Exceptional! The front desk manager (male, glasses) personally took me to the health center for treatment after learning I'd fallen. What a thoughtful gesture! One thing I would like to improve is the breakfast: it only consisted of porridge, steamed buns, boiled eggs, and pork buns. I am allergic to gluten and don't eat pork, so I thought I could have ******* breakfast (butter tea, barley cakes, yogurt, etc.), but in the end I could only eat two eggs and drink a sip of rice soup.

I was about to compare which hotel was better after entering the scenic area. I saw the boss's hotel as soon as I got off at station 1. The bus going up the mountain was really uncomfortable, so I thought I would choose the one closest to me. After entering, the boss did not introduce the hotel first, but poured us ginger tea first to let us relax. While drinking tea, I checked the price on Ctrip. I didn't expect the cost performance to be so high. I can only say that it is worth the money.

The hotel is located inside the national park. It will be convenient for the people who want to save the time for the next day of Yading visit. (Bus from visitor center will take around 1 hour to come inside the area.). The hotel has a really good service. You can ask the owner to pick-up your luggage directly from the bus station, then you can continue ride the bus inside the area. We also loved the welcome drink and the hot tea they provided. The room was clean and has good amenities. There was an oxygen provided which was very helpful to reduce your headache. Overall is good. Only thing to comment is that the restaurant close to the hotel has a little bit oily floor and oily chair. (not sure that it belongs to the hotel or not, but we asked for the dinner and the owner said we needed to go there)

This hotel is located within the scenic area, which was precisely why I chose it. My initial plan was to simply relax there, given the high altitude might make extensive walking difficult, and just enjoy gazing at the snow-capped mountains. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel's location is superb, offering fantastic views of two of Yading's snow-capped peaks. The decor, ambiance, and the rooms themselves were unexpectedly wonderful. I particularly loved the subtle, pleasant fragrance in the room – a huge plus for me, as I'm very particular about cleanliness and sensitive to any unpleasant odors. The weather upon my arrival was exceptionally good; I even witnessed beautiful, colorful clouds. The next day, I slept in and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The hotel boasts a terrace overlooking the snow-capped mountains, where I spent the morning sipping tea. What truly stood out was the exceptional attentiveness of the staff; a lovely staff member even surprised me with a small, beautiful bouquet of flowers! As I frequently travel in Western Sichuan, I generally don't have high expectations for high-altitude cuisine, but the food at this hotel was surprisingly delicious. Overall, my Yading trip was a fantastic experience.

I will stay here again when I come to Yading in the future.
