I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in early December 2024 during my visit to Dacheng Yading. The location is excellent, being 5 to 10 mins drive away from the ticketing center. There many Resturants just outside the hotel so no need to worry. While transportation options are limited, hiring a cab for RMB 40 one way is a convenient alternative. The hotel staff, particularly the young lady at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She even assisted us with our luggage to our second-floor room and provided valuable advice on making the most of our stay. Her warm hospitality and dedication to ensuring our well-being made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dacheng Yading! The only draw back was the room was quite dusty.

The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually. I do appreciate it and waiting to go back again.

God was not kind to us, and we finally encountered cloudy weather when we arrived in Aden. I hope I can see the snow-capped mountains next time I come here. The hotel is very comfortable, large, and much more formal than ordinary hotels. The location is also good in the center of Shangri-La Town. It's not noisy even when sleeping. The bedding is very good and you can sleep very comfortably without worrying about back pain. The sheets and duvet covers are all new and neatly folded. The boss is enthusiastic, answers all questions, and doesn't deceive anyone. The recommended restaurants are indeed cost-effective. If you have the chance to come to Aden again, this is the right place to choose.

I have never written such a true and long review! One of the stops on the self-driving route 318, preparing to go to Daocheng Yading, came to Shangri-La for accommodation. I was really lucky to book this hotel. On the day of booking, the hotel staff was very considerate to call to ask what time we would arrive, and took the initiative to add WeChat, sending detailed pictures of finding the parking lot, and then sent a lot of guides and precautions for traveling in Daocheng Yading! It was almost 10pm on the night of check-in when the hotel staff greeted us at the door, directed us to the parking location again, and offered to help with the luggage. When we checked in at the lobby, they thoughtfully poured us cola, ginger tea, and rhodiola rosea water. They were warm, enthusiastic, and considerate throughout the whole process. We booked two nights, and they even upgraded my room for free. The first feeling when I entered the room was that the price and sanitation were simply super value! We went out the next day. The breakfast was very rich and well kept warm. When we came back at night, we found that the room was super tidy. Cleanliness was no big deal. The skin care products on the table were collected into my makeup bag, the clothes on the sofa were neatly folded, and the things on the washbasin were also neatly placed. All the items in the room were replaced with new ones. Every service staff in the hotel is super nice. They patiently answered every question I had and helped me when I needed help. I asked them to help me book a discounted ticket for Aden Code, but I couldn't go because of a fever. They also worked hard to coordinate a full refund for me. At night, when they passed by the lobby and saw that I was not in good condition, they took the initiative to ask for help and poured me water. They were always concerned about my physical condition. I was very sorry about the refund, but he comforted me in return. I was supposed to stay here for only two nights, but their enthusiasm and service made me feel it was worth staying here for one more day, and watching the Aden Code show by the way. I asked them to help me book tickets and choose a good seat at a discounted price. I decided to continue staying here for 3 days. This hotel is the one I like and miss the most in my current travels. In this place, tourists can feel the warmth of home! Every single one of the hotel staff deserves my long review for this! Unexpectedly, after decades of military service, I felt the warmth of my motherland again. When I checked in at the front desk, I accidentally pulled out my military preferential treatment certificate.
