The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually. I do appreciate it and waiting to go back again.

The hotel has an excellent location near the terminal and many restaurants. The owner is super kind and helpful. She helped me to get the best transport option to my next destination. The staff are also very friendly and try their best to make my stay comfortable. If I would ever come back to this town, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for accommodating me.

The hotel is very close to Yading bus station, only 5 minutes walk and short stairs ( not difficult) But there's another way round to the hotel as well. Because Riwa village is small and pathways are connected.. All amenities are available and check in process is smooth and easy. As Riwa village is very small, you can find many many food shops and super markets. The only thing is you cannot WeChat with hotel. They don't use WeChat. But you can reach hotel from Amap app easily by searching ”Daocheng Yading Xiangya Shan Holiday Inn”. If you search Ivory mountain, you will not find it

The hotel has convenient parking, and the lobby and rooms are spacious and bright; the rooms are clean and tidy with no peculiar smell; the customer service at the lobby front desk warmly welcomes you, and the hotel manager works efficiently and quickly; the hotel also provides afternoon tea👍

Service: The staff was warm and attentive, and their professionalism and dedication were evident from check-in to room entry. Any requests were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Overall Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, the floor was pristine, and the furniture was dust-free, leaving us feeling incredibly comfortable. Lighting and View: The lighting was excellent, and the strategically placed windows allowed for ample sunlight during the day, creating a bright and warm room. The view from the window was stunning, and waking up to the sunshine and beautiful scenery was a wonderful start to the day.

The room was well-equipped, but the only downside was that it was unexpectedly noisy facing the street. The front desk lady asked me if I wanted to change rooms, but I figured it would be fine, so I didn't. Fortunately, it got quiet in the second half of the night, probably because it's close to the old town and there's a lot of traffic. The front desk lady, Fish Leong, was very helpful and promptly addressed any issues. I arrived in the afternoon and was given afternoon tea, and a gift upon check-out. The breakfast had a wide variety, and you could see the snow-capped mountains from the restaurant. It was very nice. I would stay here again next time.

Facilities: Complete facilities, standard supporting facilities, clean and tidy, reasonable room layout, very comfortable bedding, and the room has no smell, the bathroom is also very clean, and the entrance hall is bright and tidy. There are also massage chairs for rest and massage, and the parking lot is convenient for parking. The house prices are very cheap when visiting Daocheng Yading during this season. After walking around, I still chose 7 Days Inn, which was really good. Besides, there is also a sky garden on the roof, where you can take a rest and take photos while looking at the beautiful snow-capped mountains in the distance. The services are standardized by the hotel, warm and thoughtful, and very good. Highly recommend to everyone. The hotel's location is on Locke Trail, with convenient transportation. You can also go to Locke Square to take photos as a souvenir. There are many delicious foods nearby for everyone to choose from!

Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding food or essentials. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated traditional ******* house. Its exterior is very distinctive, and as soon as you step inside, you're enveloped in a rich cultural ambiance. What surprised me most was how the thick walls act like a 'natural climate control'! Even though there are significant temperature fluctuations in high-altitude regions, the room temperature felt remarkably stable, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. It truly embodies the concept of being 'warm in winter and cool in summer'. Staying here offers the perfect blend: you get to experience the authentic charm of ******* architecture while still enjoying comfortable and convenient modern amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly immersive cultural experience!

The owner is very nice, very good, and super nice. I've stayed at both B&Bs he runs. Four Seasons Lotus is very convenient for eating and shopping, while Quiet Xiaoying is very close to Daocheng Yading. The rooms are clean, and the date cakes at Quiet Xiaoying for breakfast are delicious. This is also the first hotel I've stayed in that comes with disinfectant in the room, so I don't have to boil water to clean the toilet. The tile grout in the Four Seasons Lotus bathroom is completely oxidized and super clean! ! The most thoughtful thing is that both B&Bs were very welcoming in taking our luggage. Finally, let me talk about Panda, the working dog. He's incredibly smart. He learned to do circles after just two lessons! Overall, Quiet Xiaoying has a large room, but it's far from the downtown area, so you have to order takeout for meals. Four Seasons Lotus is more convenient and clean, and there's a higher chance of pandas spawning there. Whether it's the service or the sanitation, I can't fault it.

The hotel has a strong ******* style and elements, but it is different from traditional elements and has been designed with reference. You can feel that it has been carefully thought out and has real money. The hotel staff said that it has been open for 11 years, but it is really well maintained. It is not shabby, but has a stable feeling. Of course, compared with newly opened hotels, the room area is not large and the facilities are not very new. Xiaoyi's service is very good. On National Day, they gave us small gifts, as well as good night milk and fruit.
