酒店地處鎮中間。地理位置優越，交通方便，停車便利。剛停好車就由禮賓迎接上來，幫助提上行李到大堂。為這個禮賓點贊。大堂前台的服務人員微笑服務禮貌用語，熱情接待。還有姜水薑茶送上。很快辦理好入住，有有人專門送到房間。酒店設施有點舊。但是屬於五星級。服務非常到位，早餐很豐富。所有人員的服務都令人滿意。

酒店有點老，不像20年翻新過。設施設備還算齊全，在318上算比較好的。酒店服務非常好，絲毫不遜色城市的五星級酒店，尤其是前台小林，服務熱情周到。

酒店在香格里拉鎮上，離景區很近，而且去吃飯購物很方便。酒店不新，但是有自助洗衣機，還配有洗衣液，這個很贊。而且酒店有自己的足浴，感謝前台小林幫忙預約足浴按摩，服務很好。

本次稻城亞丁之旅第一晚住在鎮上的皇冠假日，應該是香格里拉鎮上最好的酒店了，海拔2900，非常舒服沒有任何高反跡象，是進景區前非常好的預熱適應一站，服務我們的小南服務周到，非常用心，必須贊一個！
