這家酒店從規模和原始配置看曾經是不錯的，但它當下的管理和設施已經完全配不上三星了。我們入住後發現房間衞生間排風扇轟隆作響，沒有服務員也沒有設備維護人員來處理，最後還是前台那一個人親自上樓確認後換了一間，結果換了的房間排風系統一樣沒用，死機，空調也開不起來，懶得折騰就這樣衹好開窗透氣。第二天一早下樓，發現偌大的大廳衹是前台有微弱的光亮，節約到其它地方都黑黢黢的了。人員配置不齊，設施帶病運行，這樣的三星很容易被誤導。

停車場挺大的 酒店地暖 房間裏也有供氧機 !就是早上停電了地區性的 走了樓梯 房間挺大 而且設施都配備齊全! 為什麼沒洗衣房啊😢

為了趕飛機，住在了稻城縣，讓我意外的是酒店有地暖，很不錯。服務方面稍有欠缺，大早上退房沒有服務人員在前台。環境還好，普通酒店的水平，這價格來説很划算了。
