The hotel manager was incredibly kind and helpful. When I couldn't find the hotel, she came to pick me up by car, and the next day she helped me organize my trip to Litang, really great! Comfortable room, hot water, TV, WiFi, bedding, everything is great in this hotel.

房間不錯，我覺得高原地區根部不需要空調😂睡覺根本不會熱還會冷，我還需要開電熱毯，房間有免費製氧機和加濕器，前台還有紅景天熬的水，兩個老闆很熱情啊，還有種文藝青年的感覺，兩張風景圖片就是酒店門口拍的，特別推薦各位去住不為別的，就為兩個老闆的熱情，真的很熱情，老闆還很熱心腸，自己不養貓狗但是準備的有動物口糧給流浪貓或者流浪狗。
設施：看個人，每個人心中評判標準不一樣，有些人習慣星級酒店配套，有些習慣一切，這個就看個人，反正我覺得還可以。
衞生：衞生方面個人感覺挺好的，至少乾淨
環境：酒店位置很好找，環境不錯，反正看風景位置絕佳
服務：服務沒的説，剛把車開到門口老闆就來詢問是否是住店，説了個是立馬就問有麼沒有行李需要幫忙搬的，房間開好了還幫着把行李送到房間。酒店大廳還有醫用製氧機，遇到高反的客人都會盡可能幫忙

MMarcus Choo 13The hotel is really clean and beautiful. The heating is really strong and kept us really warm when we slept at night. The host is also very friendly and helpful. She is very approachable and helped us out a lot with our trip around the Yading area. We stayed here as foreign tourists and the hotel was very welcoming to us. Highly recommended place for all guests.

IIga ProckaBeautiful stay in the heart of Yading Village
This hotel is absolutely beautiful – the owners have really thought of every detail. It’s tastefully decorated and located right in the center of Yading Village, with stunning mountain views all around. There’s even a rooftop terrace where you can relax and take in the scenery.
Our room was spotless and had a great vibe – cozy, clean, and comfortable. The owners were amazing and incredibly helpful when we weren’t sure how to get to the trail. Their kindness made a big difference to our trip.
There’s also a restaurant in the hotel – we had dinner there and it was absolutely delicious. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a wide variety of options, all fresh and very tasty.
Another big plus: there’s a grocery store right next to the hotel, perfect for picking up snacks before heading out for a hike.
We highly recommend this place – it made our stay in Yading truly special.

RRAMI had a wonderful stay at ZenView Yading! The host is incredibly kind and speaks excellent English — which was such a relief for a non-Chinese speaker like me. It made communication easy and the whole experience so much more comfortable.
The location is unbeatable: it’s inside Yading National Park itself. On clear mornings, I could watch the breathtaking alpine glow right from my bedroom window — a truly magical sight without even needing to step outside.
Another huge plus is that staying here allows you to start your hikes earlier and stay out later than those who have to travel from Riwa or Shangri-La Town near the park gate. It not only saves time but also transportation costs in and out of the park.
The room was warm, cozy, and perfect after long days exploring the park. If you’re planning a trip to Yading and want a convenient, beautiful place to stay, ZenView Yading is absolutely the way to go!

NNalinaThe hotel is nicely located within the Yading Nature Reserve. The accommodation is rather old, but comfortable. A part of it seems to be under construction. The staff are friendly and trying to communicate with us.
When we stayed the hot water was not running at all on the first night, which has been quite a nightmare as it was raining and very cold outside. On the second night the warm water was running, but it was only not cold, far from being hot and doesn't help with the nearly 0 celcius outside.

PPongnarinThe sign board is in Chinese only. So, it is quite difficult for foreigner like me to get to the right building. Even my local taxi driver can not. Fortunately, the owner lady and friends are sittings at the roadside waiting for customers or passerby who looks for an accommodation.
The owner lady is very generous and servicible. She helps me carrying my big luggage from street to the homestay. She also show me how to use facilities in the room. She speaks only chinese but I can not. So, she suggest me to contact her via Wechat which I can use translation feature. In the morning before I am going to visit Yading Scenic Spot, she offers me an treking pole too. Nevertheless, Due to the early departure time of bus to Xianggelila, I figure out whether I move to stay in town for another day after finishing 3-day booking here. She asks me if I have nothing to do in town and decide to continue staying. She can provide a free pick-up to the bus station by her family car at 5.30 a.m. That is great.
The room is small and simple but tidy. Bed is firm and comfortable. It comes with electronic blanket which helps alot because it is freezing at night. Bathroom and toilet are clean. Hot water is provided all day in night. Shower pressure is strong and easy to adjust the temperature. However, bathroom and toilet are humid and difficult to dry because of the cold weather. Wifi is strong.

LLaurentontherunRight in the center of Xiangelila town, 2min walk from supermarkets restaurants and even a Dicos! It's right on the road that will take you straight to the main entrance to Yading Scenic Area (about 6km, taxi 40RMB or 10RMB per person if carpooling). During check-in the nice ******* lady at reception upgraded my room at no extra cost. Place is clean above usual Chinese standards. If you want a heater is 5RMB per night, but the electric blanket was sufficient. Water is warm, but not scalding (personally I only take showers at +45 degrees, but it was enough to wash my face without discomfort). I was very happy with my stay so next morning I booked another night, rather than staying in Yading town. When I returned very late at night, and owing to my pickiness when it comes to food, the lady at the desk made me quick and delicious fried rice and wouldn't accept my money no matter how many times I offered. I would have stayed another night if I didn't have to leave next morning. Thanks for everything, I'll be back one day!

GGuest UserLocation is great, in the center of Riwa. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Only 10minutes to the entrance of Yading.
Staff are helpful. They can speak a bit of English. Foreigners are accepted.
The room is ok but there is always smoking smell in the room (maybe from the room nextdoor)

LLivPersonally, I think the CP value is very high 😬, you can see the beautiful scenery, and the bed is super comfortable. As long as you don’t care about bathing, you will really feel grateful to live here 😬. At night, because there is not much light pollution, you can see the Big Dipper from the window of the room. The next day, there are buses distributed at 7:30 in the scenic area, so you can go early to buy battery tickets. If you have no weight problem, you can also buy horse racing tickets, which is very convenient. Climbing to Five Color Lake may have exceeded the physical limit. My husband developed hyperresponsiveness and checked out one day early. The boss may have thought that we were not satisfied with the accommodation, so he quickly came to the room to see us. He learned that it was because we were feeling uncomfortable, and he enthusiastically helped us. We contacted the passenger bus down the mountain and helped us carry our luggage. If we have another chance to go there next time, we will still choose this hotel. A little further down the road from this hotel is a store. If you need hiking poles, you can buy them here, as well as gloves and snacks. Overall, it's a good experience.
