The hotel is modern and fresh. The staff are super friendly and dealt with our queries immediately. The location is superb just a short walk to the entrance to the mountains.
It’s a shame it doesn’t have its own restaurant and bar we had to walk to another hotel for breakfast and buy drinks and snacks in the local supermarket and use a common room it we wanted to socialise in the evenings. We were a party of 10.

Verdict: Amazing!
Let me start with the story: The coffee downstairs is amazing.
Facilities: New hotel, the water from the taps is very soft (not watery, just gentle).
Cleanliness: Very clean! A Virgo with a fascination with cleanliness would love this!
Environment: Located on the Wudang Mountainside, with a large terrace for watching the sunrise.
Service: Let's put it this way: I didn't plan my itinerary and time well enough for three visits over two days. There was no shuttle service to the scenic area, but the hotel arranged a car to pick me up through their personal connections. I was so touched. I wanted to watch the sunrise early in the morning, and even after discussing it with them, they still had coffee ready for me at 3 a.m.!
”Tai Chi Experience”: A must-try when visiting Wudang!
Oh, and they even upgraded my room.

Perfect
TtsubamechanLooking at the previous reviews, this homestay was opened by the locals themselves. Although it was newly opened for three months, there was no smell at all. The room is quite spacious, more than enough for a family of three. The whole room is fully intelligent, the facilities are brand new, very convenient, very clean and hygienic. The location is actually very close to the tourist center of the scenic spot, but you must call the boss in advance to save too many detours. Personally, I like this place very much. After the day's mountain climbing trip, I return to the ”home” to have a good rest. It is very comfortable. If you have the opportunity, you should be very comfortable to stay in the mountains for a few days. I wish the boss a prosperous business! !
GGuest UserIt's super nice, the boss is very enthusiastic, and all the friends who live here come here at night, so no one is alone. The noodles made by the boss are also delicious. I finished eating them hahahaha! ! The accommodation is also very good. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. There are stars here at night hehe
FFionaThis Mingsu/ homestay just feel like the ancient wu xia inn. Being in Wudang Shan and staying in this Mingsu is like we are back in the ancient time. My husband and I had a great time staying in this mingsu. The room is big, clean, have the basic amenities. The boss and the staffs are nice, friendly, the boss even dropped us to Yuxu palace since he is on his way to buy things. The Mingsu will arrange a free pick up and drop off at the near wudang Shan 大门. Overall experience is good and we had a comfortable stay. Given the next chance of coming to Wudang Shan, we will come back to his homestay again.
LLevliThe room hygiene is acceptable, the hotel's service attitude is very good, basically responsive to all requests, but the hotel does not have breakfast, and there are not many options for breakfast at the nearby breakfast shop. I suggest you order takeout. There is a washing machine on the roof of the hotel, but it is an old-fashioned pulsator washing machine. The hotel can send a car to pick you up at the entrance of Wudang Mountain Scenic Area, which is quite convenient.
OOlalalaLALocation: Opposite the Nanyan parking lot. The first time you go up the mountain, the bus stops here and you get off. The second time, the bus stops at Figure 3, which is closer to the hiking direction of Nanyan Palace. Anyway, it's not far, and it only takes a few minutes to walk.
Facilities: 24-hour hot water, books in the room. You can order dishes on the first floor, the price is reasonable, 20-30, 30-40, it's up to you (compared to the prices of restaurants in Qiongtai, Nanyan is very conscientious) You can order noodles for breakfast, which are cooked on the spot, but they are salty.
Service: The boss lady is very good, she will tell you how to take the route, and also introduce the nearby Prince Cave within walking distance.
Overall full marks!
DDm.sgMy stay at Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel was overall quite satisfactory.
📍 Location: The hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of town, surrounded by an abundance of dining options. Additionally, it's conveniently just a 5-minute stroll to the entrance of Wudang Mountain, making it perfect for explorers.
🏨 Room: While the room was a tad compact for my liking, it was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times.
🚽 Facilities: One highlight was the modern and impeccably clean toilet facilities. However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms.
🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights.
👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options. I engaged one and was pleased with the service provided.
In conclusion, Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, albeit with some minor drawbacks. With a little improvement in certain areas, it has the potential to be an even more inviting accommodation choice.
GGuest UserI am very happy with the services and facilities at the hotel. The room was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. The bathroom with both separate shower and a full size bath is quite special. The deputy front lobby manager Xiowei, Vivian was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Any questions and queries were dealt with professionally. I would be happy to stay in the future and recommend this hotel to others too.
GGuest UserThis place is just incredible.
Receptionist came out to welcome me into the hotel and helped me with my luggage.
Soaking in the bath tub while watching Chinese Martial Art films on the projector after hiking in Wudang Mountain was pure bliss.
Restaurant do tasty and affordable food. And the hotel offers free ride to and from the National Park entrance (which is only 15 mins walk anyway).
Great bang for buck!
TTaylorSimonThe hosts at the Taiji Inn were great, super helpful, friendly and honest. Rosie even did my washing at no charge as I was up and at it by 5.30am every morning to the Kung Fu Academy. The little court yard out front was a great place to hang with other guests.. The food was also good and very reasonable. Its worth mentioning the Hotel is on a train line so if you a light sleeper or don't live in a big city you might find it a little noisy. all in all its a great little hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, close to Yuxu Palace and the museum, and the surrounding area is not noisy.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, the windows cannot be closed, and the window screens are useless when they are barely closed. The air conditioner rumbles like a tractor all night, and the air outlet is broken. It blows towards the bed, which makes your mouth dry. Several rooms are like this.
Hygiene: The bathroom may have just been cleaned, it is full of water. As soon as you enter, the whole room smells of betel nut.
Service: Checked in at night, came on the second day of the Chinese New Year, maybe there were too many people, and there was no room to change. The front desk said to find someone to repair the window, but it didn't come. Even more bottles of water were not given.
