酒店網頁顯示為四星酒店，但實際服務人員衹有一兩個，晚上有事打前台電話，偶爾會沒人接，服務人員沒有工服，穿自己的服裝，沒有接受過專業化標準化培訓。設施老舊，90年代的老舊風格，傢俱設施都是破舊的，洗面台前的鏡子是破的！床上用品衞生很糟糕，被子上都是血，讓服務員換了一次，換來的後面發現也有褐色的痕跡，懶得再換，將就一晚了！酒店為了節省成本，公共區域沒有暖氣，走廊不開燈，黑乎乎的可以去拍鬼片，房間的門鈴系統也不能用。空調功率很小，開了一晚上都不暖和，跟服務員反應，服務員説等等就好了，感覺都有點凍感冒了！熱水也不暖和，水很小！房間不隔音，隔壁happy的聲音非常清楚！大家避雷！防止店大欺客！
