確定去武當山旅遊，就看中這個賓館。清明小長假人多，十堰玩兩天避開擁擠的武當山。前台妹子很熱情，建議我們先玩武當山博物館和玉虛宮，給我們推薦的飯店也很贊。雖然建築時間長，但重新裝修`、軟件還好的，還送入住水果，早餐特別好，這對早出晚歸的遊客來説是最好的加油站，下次來還住武當山賓館。

酒店離武當山不遠，周圍環境不錯，離步行街近，吃飯的地方很多。因為是全國工會療養賓館，期望值比較高。入住體檢：有驚喜也有失望。首先是攜程評價説服務非常熱情，進門有服務員幫忙拿東西，我體會到的是前台服務員集中圍在一起在看什麼，我在一個服務員面前停留幾分鐘，他才抬頭説辦理入住？我們進門揹着大包小包前台也沒有一個服務員表示要幫忙。倒是樓層服務員比較負責，剛剛下電梯馬上有服務員過來帶我們到房間門口，早晨也有服務員在樓道里指引餐廳，給按好電梯，告訴早餐在對面樓裏。房間裏乾淨衞生，設施雖然老了，但功能完善，使用完全沒有問題，床品乾淨衞生舒適，房間缺點1：房間用含有次氯酸的消毒劑擦拭過，味道很刺鼻，一直開窗開門通風，效果甚微，建議換味道柔和一點的消毒劑。缺點2，電水壺中有半壺水，原以為是忘了倒掉，前台服務員解釋是專門為了客人省事，房間水壺裡打了半壺水，客人按下開關就能燒水，省事，這種服務不是所有人能夠接受的，還不如多給一瓶水，我怎麼知道水壺裡是什麼水，能不能喝，這樣做衹能是浪費了半壺水。賓館可以考慮改進。早餐不錯，品種比較多。
