服務很差！我早上退房，7點多了，前台黑乎乎的，人也沒有，也沒留下任何聯繫電話。我查詢114找了前台座機，結果打了個寂寞，電話就在前台櫃子裏孤獨地哼唧着。客房管家入住那天就加了我微信，但沒有介紹酒店設施及狀況，甚至沒有介紹早餐在在幾樓，更別説留下具體聯繫電話了。我衹能一遍一遍打微信電話，打了五六遍也沒人接！那一剎那，氣憤，無助，五味雜陳，這就是自詡是南巖宮最好的酒店？！就這服務？！就這管理？！真是拉低了遊客對武當對南巖宮的預期！
好不容易聯繫上服務員，告知了早餐原來在六樓，我也告知其給個差評。正吃着早飯，服務員找上來道歉，並再三保證會與其領導商量後再致電我，希望我筆下留情。於心不忍，答應了等他們領導商量後再説。於是乎，忍着氣被忽悠走了，傻乎乎等到晚上，方才領教武當紫衫精品酒店的如此誠信，我便也如約給個差評，哪怕人微言輕，也想一吐為快！

酒店位置就在南巖下山車站對面，非常方便，酒店外觀，看着檔次就高，酒店內公區很有設計感，房間乾淨設施新，早餐是套餐形式，還有熱乾麪豆腐麪等特色主食，是個很驚喜的酒店，對的起酒店房價
