Terrible!! Upon arriving at the airport and getting our luggage I called to arrange a pickup. Was put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. Samantha picks up and puts me on hold again. Spoke with Samantha at 9:24pm gave her my number and everything. She told me to go to E. 9:55 still no transportation. I called back Samantha he’s on his way she told me the name was on the van. 10:15 I called she won’t pick up the phone. I called twice no answer. I used my husband’s phone and Samantha picks up and tells my husband. It too late we can’t get a ride. Terrible terrible service. Get to the hotel she gives us the worst room size of a shoebox no where to open your luggage. The room smelled. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

In regards to booking 36341822836, you informed me that you can not cancel such NON USED reservation or refund the funds because the property was not accepting it and they were not refunding you.
Mr Curt Levy, Manager of such property is informing that he will refund you as soon as you contact them, so you can refund me.

The location can be a little tricky due to all the road construction. The customer service is excellent. The room was clean. New building,I'll be giving it a try again!

Andrew who was at the front desk was amazing. I called to verify that they had shuttle service before reserving and he said yes. After reserving the room and landing and gathering our luggage, I called to request a pick up and he kindly obliged. He told me where to wait. Within 1 minute he called me backed informing me of an issue with the hotels vehicle and that he was sending an Uber to pick up. He then texted me all the drivers information. The driver called me and informed me that he would be flashing his hazards so that I would know it was him. We arrived safely at the hotel and Andrew had all the paperwork ready for me so that he could quickly go to our room. He then explain alley the amenities of the hotel and wished us a great stay. Wish more hotels had employees like this.

The room is not big and is relatively clean. There is nothing around. Uber will be arranged to pick you up from the airport, but there is a shuttle bus parked in the hotel parking lot. I don't know why it is not used. The car is not arranged until after 7 am. Those with early flights can only take a taxi by themselves. The pre-made breakfast is not terrible, but the terrible thing is that it is directly covered with paper.

We have been here a few times before or after a cruise. Easy to reach with a rental car and parking is free. This time a bad experience that the room was not cleaned when we came back from shopping in the late afternoon. Also this time we did not get a late check out until 14:00 not even for a fee while the hotel was not full.
