Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

Booked 3 nights here while visiting family in Fort Lauderdale and waiting to fly out, and we were really happy with this hotel. Alana at the front desk helped us find a missing bar stool for our kitchen. 😊 Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hyatt House is geared towards extended stays so the kitchen is full sized and great for self catering, but this location on Dania Pointe is surrounded by restaurants so we ended up eating out quite often! Pool was clean, heated (not necessary in Dania in September but it was ok). Gym was small but ok, mostly cardio, some dumbbells and a bench. Breakfast was decent as chain hotels go, nothing to shout about but ok.

The staff as well as housekeeping staff were pleasant and courteous at all times. It felt just like home away from home. This is definitely a wonderful place to stay. Many different attractions that are in walking distance in the surrounding area.

The front desk service ****** and the communication ******. The carts for luggage was hard to use. The rooms were nice in size but the kitchen accessories were dirty. I wouldn't probably go back or recommend. Im usually at the Marriott. Probably will stick with them.

Very satisfied with out stay, all of the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was a plus! Very close to many shops and restaurants that were in walking distance which was a plus since we were staying just for a full day before a cruise. Room was clean and spacious, not exactly as pictured but it worked for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean. Bar staff was excellent for late night snacks and drinks. Check in was easy and we were able to book transport to the port when we arrived. We loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Close to shopping and food, within walking distance.
