My room was dirty and only the bed was made. When asked to have the room cleaned or move to a new room the hotel was booked up and the room service had left for the day. They came the next morning after 9am to clean. Horrible experience tbh. Manager offered a 40% discount on the day I couldn’t shower since the shower hadn’t been cleaned and had to sleep in a dirty room with sticky floors from not being mopped

Stay somewhere else. The staff are rude, I had to fix the bifold closet door just open it. Rooms smell musty. Probably because this joint doesn't have central HVAC. Each room has a wall mounted unit. Not for me. Just around the block is Le Merudian. We have stayed here and love it and would stayed again but it was booked up.

very basic need place NO flexibiltiy
Not what you expect.. gym not great. No flexibility very corporate , rigid not so clean , stuff on floor everywhere. Room had weird odor and no hot water. After reading the reviews my expectations were dissappointed. After stayin next door with a great experience with less stars i had hoped for more. I wont stay there again.. it is ok for basic needs but…not if you expect nicer
