Dandong Zhenxing District Hotels

This hotel exceeded expectations! The service is considerate and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, the entire process is meticulous, and the staff proactively asks about needs and responds quickly. The room is clean and bright, with advanced and complete facilities, practical dry and wet separation design in the bathroom, and soft and comfortable bedding. The hotel also provides flexible services such as free late check-out and customized breakfast, which truly takes guests into consideration. Both the quality of details and the overall experience are impeccable, great value for money, and highly recommended to relatives and friends!

The best-located hotel in order to see North Korea and visit the Broken Bridge, just make sure to get a river room. Binoculars are provided in the room to see into North Korea, which is a great touch. The service was decent, but I'm not sure if it's because the didn't speak English, but the reception just gave me the room key and didn't give me any directions or assistance on how to get to the room until I had to ask. The bed is comfortable, but the room, except the bathroom, seems quite old and in need of an upgrade.

Great service and location. Very close to the train station. Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is good enough. The only thing I was concerned about is the thin wall in between two rooms. I could hear the guest’s cough and phone conversation from the next room in the middle of the night. Would be good to request for a room near no other guests.

We stayed in the off-season and the standard twin room was 95 yuan a night, which was really too cheap. A hotel of this level in Dalian would cost at least 270 or 280 yuan. The most important thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly and have a very good service attitude. The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly. The hotel is only seven or eight minutes' walk from the Broken Bridge. It really has a superior geographical location and parking is available at the door. The breakfast at ten yuan per person has a rich variety of dishes. You will definitely not be able to finish it all if you eat out on your own with ten yuan. In short, next time I come to Dandong for tourism, I will definitely stay at his place again. Like 👍

The location is excellent, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Broken Bridge and Pier 1. The hotel is not big, but it is clean, and the bedding and bath water are also very comfortable. The hotel service is very good. When entering and leaving the hotel, the staff will take the initiative to greet you and remind you to put on a coat because the weather is cold. When I left the hotel, I left a bag on the sofa in the lobby because I had a lot of luggage. The girl at the front desk chased me out and delivered the bag to me at the last minute before I got on the bus. It was a close call. Thank you very much!

First, the downsides: The parking situation is a major flaw. The ramp leading into the parking area is incredibly steep, and I ended up scraping my car's undercarriage. With cars parked so close, there was no way to approach it at an angle. What's more, the security staff didn't even offer a warning! Will the hotel take responsibility for this damage to my car's undercarriage?!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 (See photos 1 and 6). My wide-angle photos don't even fully capture just how steep and problematic that ramp truly is!! On the positive side: Being a chain hotel, it felt reliable. Both the overall environment and cleanliness were excellent, and most importantly, the air conditioning was blessedly quiet. My stay at the Wanda Atour Hotel Dandong was a truly wonderful experience! It's perfectly located right next to Wanda Plaza, surrounded by a wealth of restaurants and shopping options. It's within walking distance of Andong Old Street, where you can experience local culture. The Memorial Hall of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea is also very close, making travel incredibly convenient. The warm lighting and simple, elegant decor in the lobby instantly captivated me. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, checking me in quickly and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The bedding was comfortable, the smart devices were incredibly convenient, and the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. The room was spotless, especially the bathroom, with spotless countertops and mirrors. The shower area had no grime in the grout, and even the inside of the toilet was thoroughly cleaned. Toiletries were neatly arranged and perfectly packaged. The breakfast was incredibly varied, offering not only the usual bread and eggs, but also Dandong specialties like fried forks, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also offers a full range of amenities, including a gym, laundry facilities, and a library. Free parking is also a truly thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dandong!

Great hotel. Amanda and Ivy on reception were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and quiet with a great view of the river. Really good location in walking distance of the train station, river and lots of nice restaurants. Highly recommend

There are three of us girls living here and we feel very happy. After getting the room card, we found there was no ashtray in the room. So we went downstairs. At that time, Joey helped us change to a smoking room and we are very close to each other. We are very grateful for her help. We really like Dandong. There are delicious seafood and fruits here. We also enjoyed the local barbecue ^_^

I came to Dandong two years ago and stayed at the Garden Hotel. The most important thing about it was It's the location. Andong Old Street, Yalu River, and the Memorial Hall to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea are all within walking distance. This time I had a completely new experience staying here. The hotel must have been renovated. The front desk actually remembered me. I received very warm reception and service in an instant. I felt very warm, the buffet breakfast was delicious and hygienic, the food was good, the stay was fun, and it was a pleasant trip🌹
