乾淨，有電視（手機可遙控），有熱水，有馬桶，馬桶圈超大那種（胖子的福音），有牀頭櫃，有WiFi，隔音，重點:有一個很大的院內停車場！！！出門右拐有個包子鋪，小超市好幾個，距離斷橋很近（夜景一定要看），出去100米有個小廣場，看對面新建無人大樓挺清晰，建議高倍率望遠鏡，河邊這一路可以放煙花，不管的那種。
