Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience.
I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.

The hotel was very nice and is brand new. The staff was friendly and the service was very good. There were only 2 issues; one, that the walls were a bit thin and I could hear my neighbors at night. Second, the valet was a bit high almost $50 with tax per day. Other than that it was a very nice day great location and spacious rooms. We stayed in on the Jr suites, which I highly recommend if you like a bigger bathroom.

Everything was great, the service and amenities. Very courteous to everyone and a lot of hospitality given here and there. The elevator shaky at times other than thought the place was pretty solid. Food wasn’t offered due to COVID but the food in the city is amazing and worth eating I’d recommend.
We are off I-35 about a mile from the Design District and American Airlines Center. We are a great option for families and friends visiting the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament is less than half a mile away. Enjoy our fitness center and pet-friendly rooms.

Very clean and new or newly remodeled hotel. I would definitely stay again. Room has everything you need for a long stay including kitchen and utensils. There is a laundry and gym. Breakfast was good, especially the yogurt and waffles. The breakfast attends greeted us each morning. We had a good view of downtown buildings. One thing to note was our door was hard to close for room 625. We had to pull really hard. Other than that, GREAT stay.

Rather disappointed, requested a balcony view but could only see the roof, we experienced toilet problems and sink drain problems in our room. Also $25 parking, not very excited about our stay here.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively complete. The hotel room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a desk and a large wardrobe.
Hygiene: OK, clean and tidy.
Environment: The surrounding environment is good. You can walk to the distinctive Hilton Hotel opposite to have a look. There is a large garden and many Asian art displays. There is a 24-hour Denny's nearby, which is a five-minute walk away.
Service: Due to lack of staff, the room is cleaned once every two days. There is no buffet breakfast. It is recommended to order food from Denny's.

The soundproofing of the hotel is really bad. The connected room, the sound of watching TV next door is clear, the sound of walking upstairs is also huge, and the sound of cars on the road, staying for five consecutive nights without a day to sleep well. But breakfast is still ok.

GGuest UserConvenient location for shopping, safe, good environment, good service and hygiene
GGuest UserThe room was large and comfortable, and the front desk staff was warm and kind and at home. So I transferred a few hotels and chose this one again and will come again in the future.
GGuest UserThe front person was dealing with a disgruntled outside caller but what she was discussing didn't need to be heard by patrons waiting to check in. She repeated the info to caller several times. She could have put them on hold and ck in the patrons first.
LLIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.
GGuest UserEveryone was very friendly and helpful from the time you pulled into the valet parking lot until the day we checked out. Great experience! Would highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe elevator was down and there was no notice until arrival. Had to take stairs to and fro. Room was super muggy and alter mental state homeless hanging and sleeping out front.service was ok. Checking was a process ad I prepaid and they had a balance showing eventhough I prepaid in full. Checking was bad but checkout staff was good and accommodating.
GGuest UserGood hotel, close to important points, there are some homeless people in the area, however the hotel manages this situation well. The elevator is a bit old, but in general the facilities are optimal. Perhaps the price is a bit high.
GGuest UserGreat customer service, Didnt like downstairs but clerk changed rooms with no problem the special request was not listed on our resevation at the hotel. Food was good.
XXanGood value. Convenient for meetings at the Hilton Anatole, which is a 5 minute walk away.
Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected.
All in all a convenient and perfectly adequate place to sleep whilst working.
SScottAimeeWhen we first arrived, we were in a second floor room. I asked for a ground floor room because both my friend and I are disabled veterans. No problem, we were given a ground floor room. When we initially went into the room, it was quite hot in there. In an attempt to cool the room down, I found that the controls on the air conditioner turned all the way around, leaving me not really knowing where on the dial did it corollate with the cool setting. While sitting on the bed, I noticed the ceiling and the very evident water damage on the ceiling. There were large areas on the ceiling that showed where large areas were covered by sheetrock or wood, then covered with paint. There were other areas that showed long sections that had water damage that had not been fixed, too. The only amenity was the ice bucket. All in all, the bed was decently comfortable and got a fair night’s sleep, but the pillows were less than useful. The only thing that irritated me was the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door before 1100 am. We were already taking our belongings to the truck and when we tried to get back into the room to get the rest of our belongings, the card key no longer worked! I had to walk from one end of the motel to the other end to get back to the office; they had to reset the key I guess. Walking that distance was very difficult physically for me and I feel that would not have been necessary if the key continued to be effective in unlocking the door. I think next time I will stay somewhere else.
