Kimpton Pittman Hotel

Comfortable hotel, great location, friendly staff

After a 20+ hours of flying we were looking forward to our stay and a good sleep before starting our adventure in and around Dallas. Check in was a breeze and we were soon in our luxury and nicely laid out room. We had to go to reception about 11pm that night as the aircon was on full and failed to turn off, they immediately moved us to another room, at around 1.30am we again had to approach reception as we were on the busy street side of the hotel, with the nightlife, rev heads in cars and trams, unfortunately we were told they were unable to move us till later on as they were fully booked. Later that day they were able to move us again, we also discovered the shower did not work, so it’s obvious maintenance is over looked or a pre check is not done prior, or we were just unlucky however all was well for the remainder of our 4 night stay. The hotel is nicely laid out and furnished, modern and comfortable. Well located to places of interest, restaurants and as discovered nightlife, clubs etc. the bar and restaurant is great as too the pool. What made our stay so great were the staff. Friendly, polite, professional and always had us as the priority, it was a pity management did reach out as better as their staff to our issues, but the staff made up for that. Shout out to Jorge, Frances, Kenit and the unsung heroes in the kitchen who made our mornings and meals all that much better and everyone else The hotel is nicely laid out and furnished

The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They left deserts and letter in my room so very nice of them. I want to give a special shoutout to Christian at the front desk and Kenneth, our waiter. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance. Their hospitality truly made our stay even better. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

This is a swanky hotel with nice touches. I loved the bath tub (it included bath salts) and the room was spacious. It does kinda get loud outside at night staying here on a Friday. All in all I recommend coming here if you happen to be in the area. They also have a list of amenities in case you forget something on your travels; clearly a lot of thought had been put into the design of the hotel.
