Overall Tru hotels have been a great stay. I wasn’t a fan of the 9th floor being a night club.

This hotel was very clean and have no complaints. It is unfortunately by the interstate but I should have researched that more. Very spacious room and the breakfast was tasty!

Great location and clean rooms. Amenities are too cool. Love the pool table and bar. Sheets and bed were awesome.

We stayed here for a sports event close by. We were a family of 4 and two younger kids. The hotel staff were very accommodating and kind. We needed more towels at one points when we checked in and they had them to us in matter of minutes. They do not refresh the rooms through your stay, but did upon request. The hotel room itself needs a little more storage. Our family found it difficult to keep the room organized with no drawers or places to store clothes other than open air shelves. We had a room away from the highway and that was a good choice. We could still hear vehicles, but it did not bother us. The new bar on top of the hotel was really nice and worth a visit l. With that said it did clog the elevator after around 8pm onwards which was a little annoying. The hotel was really close to the Market Center where the event was held so we saved on uber. Overall good experience and decent price for area with clean and friendly accommodation.

Staff were stressed One microwave for whole building to use Long wait at breakfast Everything was running out at breakfast. No one swept our dirty floor even after requesting it to be swept
