In short pretty much used to it and a lot is broken. The reception was friendly but I see the employees were always very friendly. The first room on the first night was really very bad. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting in Dallas. The place is located in a nice part of town and we could easily access whatever we needed. The place is beautiful and the management was super accommodating and helpful. Shout out to George at reception, really helped us out with everything that we needed. Would come again.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is centrally located and was within walking distance to a lot of places. The rooms was spacious and equipped with all needed amenities. The front desk was extremely helpful and George at the front desk was accommodating with anything we needed. The staff was pleasant and respectful.

Found a roach in the room, had to get spray. Put suitcases in the tub. In description they service breakfast and I asked when I checked in. They do not service breakfast.
