The Ritz-Carlton in Dallas provides spacious, well-equipped rooms, a prime location near attractions, and exceptional service. However, some guests found the prices high and room conditions outdated.

Overall: 7.5/10 Needed a hotel close proximity to the airport so decided to check out this property for the night. Upon arrival Valet / Bell Service was welcoming and on point. The bags were already waiting in the room for us , almost like it was magic. 10/10 service for the gentlemen out on the front drive. Front desk was welcoming and very nice. Beautiful lobby and common areas. Room was basic and didn't give off 5-star feeling. I was hoping for maybe a better location of the hotel (room type wise) but room #334 was mid-tier for the Ritz Price. The Service from the ladies & Gentlemen made up for room. I would come back!

Very Friendly Staff Location: 5/5 - The location is walkable to bars & several fine dining restaurants. Room: 4/5 - The room was clean & comfortable. I had one of my best sleep in a while on the very comfortable bed. However, I understand that they’re going to remodel the rooms which is much needed. Service: 5/5 - The service was excellent. All of the staff were welcoming w/ friendly smiles. Ambiance: 4/5 - The hotel & its common areas were small, didn’t feel grand.
