It's about 20 minutes drive from DT Dallas. There are Target and many delicious small restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel has good sanitary conditions. But the water pressure in the shower and sink is very low. The bathroom water barrier seems to be not well sealed, and the shower water will flow all the way to the room corridor.
But the hotel is very functional, with self-service washing machines and dryers. Mobile payment is available.

Clean hotel, rooms size is ok, price is reasonable. If can provide bigger bottle of water will be better. No microwave. But have laundry room each floor

I booked this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The room is chic and spacious, with modern furniture. The lobby area is also an appeal, as it provides bountiful seating areas near the bar. The breakfast was disastrous, however. The front desk staff informed me that breakfast would end at 11:00am on weekends, but when I arrived at 9:40am the staff were already putting things away. The food quality was very low. I would recommend altering the selections to make them more edible. Overall, the experience was a good one!

The rooms were clean, the location was great for our meeting, and it very close to the Galleria. A huge shout out to Jasmine George, Dale and Johnathan at the bar who all made our stay an exceptional one! Also appreciated the 'spa' water at check-in. Will definitely be back in the future.

The front staff is amazing. My room key was not working due to the battery power of the door dying & Maggie changed my room instantly so I wouldn’t have any problems getting into my room later on. The room she put me in is fabulous & extremely clean. Alyssa, who also works at the front desk, gave me recommendations on what to drink & eat at the hotel bar/restaurant. The food was really good & don’t get me started on the margaritas. Zion was my bartender and she made me a delicious mango margarita. She’s very personable & easy to talk to. Thanks again Alyssa, Zion & Maggie for making my first night special and relaxing.

I stay at this location every time I go to Dallas for work. It is a favorite pick because their team goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and they go the extra mile. Alyssa and Maggie at the frost desk, always take such great care of me and I appreciate their positive energy and friendliness. Zion has the best memory and always knows exactly what I order! These acts of customer service make this hotel shine and a great choice! Thank you AC for having such an amazing team!
