estoy muy decepcionada del servicio que recibimos por parte del hotel, y la razón tiene que ver mucho mas con la descripción errónea que hace expedía de la propiedad, no tiene nada que ver con el concepto del hotel. ya que no cuenta ni con servicio de limpieza ni con ningún tipo de servicio.

Mi comentario no es contra este hotel es contra EXPIDIA que nunca menciono en su publicidad ni en la reservación que este es un hotel donde no te hacen la habitación tu la tienes que hacer no te cambian toallas ni ropa de cama solo una ves cada semana y si estas menos nunca te hacen nada ni la basura tu la tienes que sacar y depositar en un lugar para eso no ponen mas de un pequeño jabón para manos no hay detergente para los trastes y tu tienes que resolver como puedas, lo demas esta bien pero muy lejos del centro de la ciudad y no hay desayuno, no lo recomiendo en absoluto más bien es para rentar las habitaciones por mes y eso no lo explican a la hora de reservar.

The hotel is a very good option for as quiet stay in Dallas since it is affordable and cozy. The parking lot is large enough and the access by car is fast and convenient. I surely will book it again
