The pillows were great, but we had to mop up the grease on the marble floor, because i slipped and fell in it. Why was it there? Was that the odor reducer? And the closet hanger bar was dripping with grease. But we did have our 2 cockroaches one dead the other little guy scampered off. the worse part is, at check IN they scammed me for a $100.00 destruction insurance payment fo , ie, smoking and drinking and party damage. What??? we were going to a church function i told her and dont drink, smoke or party but in the middle of a night, i caved, i was tired. She said it would drop off in 3-5 days adfter the manager checked the room. I am discouraged. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS COMANIY'S HOTELS OR MOTELS EVER EVER AGAIN.

This roach hotel was terrible. Checked in at 6pm checked out at 10pm same night. Killed two roaches, fire alarm went off no communication if it was safe to return, ppl with ankle monitors walking the hallways & parties. Needless to say we slept at the airport!!! Don't waste your money!!!

It was a sketchy neighborhood with similar clientele. Hardly ever anyone at the front desk!!!! Halls always smelled of Poop!!!! Elevator was broken & had a table blocking the staircase. Not sure what all that was about but thank God I didn’t need to use either. Older rooms with a fresh coat of paint. The water trickled out of the shower head. Had to flush the toilet several times in order to make everything go down. Not sure who took the photos for the website but definitely different from what is actually is.

The room was very nice and clean. Very good value for the money. I was a bit taken aback that I had to put a $100 deposit, but since I had no intention to break or steal anything, it shouldn't be a problem.
The WiFi is pretty bad, so if you plan to work there, you will need an ethernet cable.
Right next to the In-n-Out burger is a big plus.

The room was very good but I requested a handicapped friendly room and didn't get one. It was a long walk to our room and difficult for me. The neighborhood was not great but it was only for one night and the price was low. The deposit was $100 and most hotels only have a $25 deposit.

The pictures online look very different then when you arrive at the hotel, the room was decent and I saw a couple of bugs. There was a $100 dollar deposit on top of the money I have to pay to enter the hotel, which caught me of guard and I did not appreciate. Outside Of the hotel there is a lot of homeless people. They also stated that there is one way entrance and if you open any other doors they will fine you … ridiculous
