We thought we had two beds in room, ended up with king bed. Unable to place in another room but then they later found a room and gave us upgrade. Room very nice but was corner room by street and very noisy with traffic. Still, overall very pleased!

If you are looking for something different and old-fashioned glamour, this is the hotel for you. If you are looking for a place to rest in silence, then this is not the hotel for you I had a huge room and it was beautiful. The air conditioning was making a lot of noise though. The windows were also really thin, so it sounded like the windows were open. The noise from the fire station and the airport was disturbing during the day, but not at night. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a shop. Room service and restaurant at hotel. The pool is heated.

Worst customer service! Upon arrival mid afternoon no bellhop was present nor were there luggage carriers provided. Stumbling our way to check in we were checked in with no concern for my daughter and I trying to manage bags. Entering my room was a surprise one king bed. Had check in notified I wouldn’t have had a surprise. I called downstairs was told we sold out your rooms and offered a cot. No one wants to sleep on a cot to which I shared such comment eith reception. 30 min later housekeeping brought a cot I asked for a manger told they would call me the next time. When I went downstairs asking for manager told they were off today. I cancelled the rest of my nights stay and found great service elsewhere.

Overall the stay was ok. There was a lack of attention to detail. The office chair the room was dirty with crumbs, a plate was left outside the door from the prior guest and not removed for 12 hours. The rooms were big, the bathroom was updated but shower pressure was low.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel looked great. There was a limited room service menu but I overlooked that given delivery options. Room was spacious. Valet was efficient. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
