I always enjoy my stays at any AC hotel. This was my husband and I first trip to Dallas. The front desk staff was so professional and courteous. We used Valet parking and the woman named Sammie was awesome! She explained everything to us in detail, even recommended some great places to eat, but the great part about her was that she greeted everyone with a smile!

Sammie was incredibly helpful and hospitable. She gave us great local recommendations on restaurants and hang out spots. She was helping every customer in sight without them even asking. Definitely one of the best hotel staff members we have encountered.

Sammie at the Valet desk is the best! Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! She has a nice positive vibe….which is hard to find in Dallas at times. She helped me with getting some items from my parked car even though I wasn’t planning to drive

It’s fine but not up to par with my expectations for AC. One of the more sad rooms I’ve stayed in. Reminds me of the first day moving into a dorm before anyone lives there. Dark neutral walls, minimal light, lil desk, awesome frosted window looking at the rooftop AC. Staff have been nice, so that’s a plus. Clean enough, safe.

Great hotel! Clean and bright. Staff was super friendly!!! The gentlemen that helped with the busses for the entire week (AKA Boule) was OUTSTANDING!!!! He deserves a raise, a bonus, or SOMETHING! Sammie was also great, opened doors and was very pleasant.

I received excellent customer service. I was always met with a smile and kindness. The room was wonderful. Continental breakfast was appreciated. Martin, one of the concierge was extremely helpful and polite. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations.
