Good hotel, good location. Proximity to several places. We had a nice time here. And the staff were amazing

This hotel is conveniently right off I-30. It was very clean and the breakfast was good. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Nice staff. beautiful rooms. high ceilings. I recommend doing the valet. it’s worth the money. good value for the money. the surrounding area is ok. we did a lot of walking to get to nearby restaurants. aquarium is about 25 minute walk. would stay here again.

Great place stay, close to the state fair. Looking forward to a glorious game after a great nights sleep. The parking line was insane so we took the valet route. The room is a little industrial but not dirty. The kitchen is well equipped and clean.

Very nice airport hotel that provided shuttle service, not just to the airport but surrounding areas as well. The front desk people were the most accommodating I have ever dealt with. I stay in hotels over 150 nights a year, so understand just how good I think this hotel and their staff is.

The room was spacious for a downtown location. The staff was well trained and friendly. Good breakfast. Not the greatest neighborhood. Nice enough kitchen, but not too well equiped. Very hard to find groceries in downtown, so not easy to use the kitchen.

We were in town for a convention and this was one of the recommended hotels. While being located close to the conventions center made it a short walk, (no shuttle service due to the proximity of the hotel) it was kind of dicey with all of the transients nearby. It seems like there is a group that feeds them in a lot behind the hotel, pretty sketchy back there. We weren't sure about the parking so we valet it when we checked in, the employees there were quick to retrieve the car when needed. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly, there had been a computer glitch when we checked in so they couldn't activate our keys and we had to be "escorted" in let in to our room.....that was all fixed upon returning from an exploratory walk to the convention center. The hotel itself seems to be a refurbished factory, or some similar type of structure, seemed industrial and transformed into a hotel....that was interesting, different than what I am used to and if you like that sort of redevelopment this place is for you!!!!! Concrete floors in the room were different but that is part of they type of building it is...kind of a loft, and plenty roomy inside. The staff were all great, parking was ok, the hotel itself while being different than I am use to was still good. The problem I had was the area, so many homeless hanging everywhere it was uncomfortable to have to walk to the center.....I would probably stay at one of the hotels connected to the convention center next time,

Keyia was awesome so I asked her if I could write a review. She helped me every day as I kept extending - I was supposed to switch from this hotel to another one but this one was awesome. Great rooms. Spacious, and comfortable beds. She was also ultra quick when each day I was in a rush to extend my stay while running off to meetings.
