I didn't intend to write this review, and I wasn't angry. I just mentioned it casually at the Huazhu meeting. I didn't expect to receive a call from the hotel that day. They told me that there was a do not disturb sign in my room and they would not answer the phone. First of all, I stayed there for three consecutive days and did not click the Do Not Disturb sign even for one day, otherwise how could the daily room cleaning be completed when I was not in the room? Second, during my trip to Dalian, there was not a single missed call on my mobile phone. I was really angry about this kind of blame-shifting and dishonest service attitude. It was just a small matter. Was it so difficult for them to just call me and apologize and admit their negligence in their work? Why did they have to push their mistakes onto the guests right away? Do you really think this kind of service is good? The 2.5 points for service were given to the staff who shirked their responsibilities. The customer service and cleaning service were still very good, and the house was cleaned very cleanly and promptly every day.

The room is very good and spacious. The front desk is very welcoming. It is very close to the station and can be reached on foot. My child forgot to take his watch and they were very enthusiastic to help keep it. I will choose this hotel again next time.

The check-in experience was very satisfactory, the boss and staff were very warm, the service was thoughtful, and the room was upgraded for free. The decoration of the room is very new, clean and tidy, the whole house has a small voice control lighting, air conditioning, curtains, the bed and pillows are zero pressure, and it is especially relieved to sleep. It is recommended.

Crowne Plaza Dalian Sports Center is still home away from home. I am very grateful to the front desk staff for their enthusiastic service. They are responsive to all requests. The introduction of Dalian attractions is very detailed. The sports center is next to it, and there is a small door in the hotel that leads directly to it. It is very comfortable to take a walk in the breeze after dinner. I will come again next time!

As for breakfast, there's a wide variety and the service is good, but as you can see in the pictures, I found hair and other fluff in my food two days in a row. I have no idea what it was, but it really ruined the dining experience. Cleanliness in a restaurant is paramount.

I chose to stay in the ”California Sunshine King Room” near the ”Orange Hotel” near Dalian North Station because of my concern about the delay of the train time. The attitude of the reception staff has always been very kind, but I am very dissatisfied with the process of staying. When checking in, the reception girl asked me ”Is there a block in your room window, so it is convenient to disclose the price of your Trip.com , will we change the room type for you at the lowest price?” I refused and insisted on the original booked room type. Entering the room 405 arranged for me, I saw that the room was dark, the air was turbid, and the only small narrow window did have obstructions. I didn’t contact the front desk staff until I found that the TV was bad. She said first that it was “Find someone to repair”. After about ten minutes, She also said to upgrade my room type. After entering the upgraded room - room 408, I expressed basic satisfaction . Think about it carefully, shouldn't I be arranged to enter 408 at the beginning? Isn't the ”Sunshine Room” I booked? Why did I ask me the price of Trip.com at the beginning? Why did I go to the ”Black House” for a while?

Stayed at this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the sports center! It's just a straight road from the stadium back to the hotel, and there may be too many people calling for a taxi after the concert. I couldn't get a taxi even if I tried. So I think it is very good to choose this B&B where you can walk and go back! But I felt a little unclean, but I forgot to take pictures For example, in the bathroom, you will see some obvious signs of use, and even the paper towels are not brand new? But maybe this is a B&B. ? But there are shoe prints on the floor too But it can be reluctantly accepted. Mainly here to stay for a night!

The room is very clean, there is a smart voice assistant, the big projector is very cool, the location is not bad, it takes a distance from the subway entrance, yesterday I was very happy to see Rong Zuer 🥺🥰🥰🥰 There is no mineral water in the room. It would be better if there was water~
