I checked in early in the evening, called the front desk lady in the middle of the night, and patiently told me all the check-in matters to check in. The next day, the front desk introduced me to the attractions, delicious, and stayed for several days in the future, and changed the room type I like. The young lady at the front desk who was in a hurry to wash the clothes told me very intimately that it didn't matter. After washing and drying, they would help me put it away and wait for me to come back at night. The environment is comfortable and quiet, the front desk ladies are always smiling, and the store manager is also very serious and responsible. It is a stand-alone hotel close to the mountains and the sea. It is located on a cliff on the beachside road, so the view from the fifth floor and above is unparalleled. (If you book a sea view room. Ten minutes' walk to the southeast is Fisherman's Wharf and the subway station - I believe you can reach the seaside in a few minutes, and eight minutes' walk to the west is Laohutan Ocean Park. It is not recommended for people who have requirements for residential hardware. The decoration looks like the luxury style of 20 years ago. Although the wooden floor and bathtub seem to be of good quality, there was no hot water when I stayed (or the hot water was not hot). The bath water can only be said to be not that cold, yes. The blackout curtains can't be pulled to the side, so light leaks out.

The scenery here is absolutely breathtaking; you can just walk right into the water and swim. It's a shame that the sea was foggy for two consecutive days, so we missed the sunrise. I really, really, really want to give a huge shout-out to the cleaning lady! When she knocked and came in to clean, we were just discussing our dilemma about not having swim rings for a dip in the water. She actually offered us some left behind by previous guests, saying we could use them if we didn't mind. Wow, what an amazing and kind lady – truly the best person in the world! (Please praise her! We stayed in rooms 13 and 14 in the Yannan section for two nights.) We were so happy! The front desk staff was also great; when we asked about breakfast, he gave each person in our room a complimentary portion, thumbs up for him! You can also book a photography session, but when I tried, it was too late and the photographer was fully booked. I'd recommend booking early if you're interested. Although the price is a bit high for a guesthouse, it's definitely worth the money! (If I had to point out one minor flaw, it's that the room layout is a little awkward, with no sink or mirror in the bathroom, only in the main room.)

Located at Fisherman's Wharf, this newly opened B&B is clean and tidy, with takeout coffee available on the first floor. The room has a light, manor-style feel, just as described. The hairdryer worked great, and the mattress was supportive and comfortable, with a down comforter. However, climbing three flights of stairs with luggage can be a bit tiring. The booking included a complimentary travel photography experience, but the hotel didn't mention it, so we didn't mind. The breakfast room is fresher than some restaurants, and the buffet has a wider selection than typical B&Bs. Kudos to that!

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!
