I came here for a personal trip and overall I am very satisfied with the breakfast. There are many types of breakfast and the service is attentive. The front desk is very enthusiastic and answers all questions. The cleaning aunt is meticulous and responsible. The location of the hotel is also very good. As advertised, the hotel is close to Xi'an Road. It takes about 5 to 8 minutes to walk from the subway station. The dual subway lines cover Zhoushuizi Airport and Dalian North Railway Station as well as major urban attractions, which is very convenient. Finally, if I have to make some suggestions, I think there are two points: first, the TV resolution is slightly behind in 2025, and second, there seems to be no soap in the bathroom, which caused me a little trouble. The hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome. However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space. Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays. There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed. Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.

The room is OK, except that the hot water for showering is not stable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and the location of the hotel is not very convenient for travel. There are many types of breakfast, and you can also steam sauna on the underground floor. If you are hungry at night, the hotel can also fry hot dishes. Overall, it is good

The parking area in front of the hotel is relatively spacious and you can park at will. In Dalian, this parking is really possible. In fact, it can't be regarded as a hotel. The little brother at the front desk said that the whole hotel has 14 rooms. The room is small and can't walk away. The next morning, I woke up and found a big meat bug on the toilet floor. I also recorded a video and I was scared to death. The sanitation in the house was not very clean. Many things were stained.

The sanitation of the room is also very clean, the room space is large enough, the mattress is really comfortable, it is a 0-pressure mattress, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water for bathing is also very powerful! The breakfast is very rich and there are many choices, including milk and bread. It is very comfortable to drink a bowl of hot porridge, and there are various hot dishes. When checking out, the front desk lady kindly sent us to the door, and the security guard at the door helped us put our luggage in the car. I like the service of Shizhou Yunshui!

The cleaning lady cleaned it twice in time. Although the breakfast is rich, the breakfast time is 6:30-9:30. I went there at 8 o'clock. The porridge and stir-fried dishes were all cold. I didn't eat them in the end. Maybe I asked too much? There was also breakfast on the 3rd floor. After going down, the 3rd floor was dark and there was nothing. There was no one and no reminder. As a result, after looking around, a kitchen lady came out and said that there were too many people and it was changed to the 4th floor. In fact, just write a sign at the elevator entrance on the 3rd floor. People will go directly to the 4th floor when they see it, instead of putting it at the front desk on the 1st floor. It is old, so the sound insulation is not good. Those who understand will understand. I have a child with me. It is worth praising that the Bolt Hotel has its own Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor. There are no scattered tables, but private rooms, and there is no minimum consumption. I can eat delicious meals with my children without leaving the hotel. I think it is very good. The private room is quiet and the service is very good. I ordered three dishes, a soup, a meal and a bottle of mineral water for 172. I personally think it is very affordable. Later, my friend chatted with me and ordered dishes to be delivered to the room. The taste is also very good. I think it is a good choice to go to this restaurant when I pass by Dalian in the future. I highly recommend it! In addition, the child lost the room card during breakfast time. The front desk immediately opened a new card and asked us to look for it again. If it is lost, it only costs 20 yuan. There is no outrageous compensation price, which is also very good. Finally found it and returned it. Overall, it is still great. The child returned from Japan and thought the hotel was big and beautiful! I personally think that more efforts should be made in hygiene. The peak period of holidays is not an excuse. It will definitely be better.
