位置很好，走兩步就是海邊。窗户直接看見海景和跨海大橋。但是睡覺一點不吵，一個鬧中取靜的地方。從下車點走進來3分鐘不遠，周邊吃飯方便。老闆服務熱情，能洗衣服曬衣服，早餐豐盛。第二天還叫了免費電瓶車直接給送到了聖亞海洋世界門口，十分方便一家子出行，適宜以星海為核心的周邊一兩日的行程。

帶孩子和長者一起，首先房間很寬敞乾淨，老闆娘及所有員工很熱情有求必應，好員工“多多”每天陪孩子玩的可高興了，早上早飯中西餐很豐富每天吃的飽飽的出去玩，還有民宿位置超級好出門就是海灘還能隨時喂海鷗對面就是跨海大橋，步行10分鐘就能到星海廣場，下次還來👍

環境超棒，地理位置超棒，就在海邊，何時何地能漫步海濱路，去星海廣場和聖亞海洋館步行十分鐘內，去哪裡都方便，店家早餐豐富，有任何需求直接跟店家説就行了，像在親戚家一樣温馨。店家的狗狗多多很友善，是小朋友的好朋友。

地址位置超絕，出門就是海邊！沿着海岸可以踏沙踏浪喂海鷗釣魚，還有遊樂場和腳踏船。民宿老闆非常nice，親切友善，可以提供玩沙工具，想吃早飯隨時做而且有中式西式選擇，分量很足一份就飽了。唯一的小缺陷是海邊別墅區，沒辦法打車直達，需要拿着行李步行一小段距離，但是可以接受～總體很棒！！！

面朝大橋大海，有小院有拉布拉多，拉布拉多叫多多，四歲，愛好是特別愛跟人玩球，接球穩得一批，不會傷人傷小孩，沒事兒在院裏喊一句多多它就會從老闆娘的吧枱噠噠噠跑出來找你玩兒。往右步行幾分鐘就到聖亞海洋公園以及一系列海上項目，往左走就是星海廣場，這兩天我們還遇上了啤酒節天天過去喝🍺民宿的老闆都特別嘮嗑，天天幫我和我對象準備國宴級別的早餐P2
然後就是一些在民宿的小事兒，在院子裏遇到了兩個延吉姐姐住我隔壁，我當時出門問她倆咋沒往啤酒節去，她倆説帶孩子不方便，然後我們仨就在院裏嘮嗑，很投緣。長期在獨身在外確實是很久沒隨時隨地跟人small talk過了，東北人和人之間的鬆弛確實是E人小孩兒的天堂
三年沒來大連，高考之後來大連也是住的這家民宿，三年回來之後發現在另一側已經開了二期，住這家民宿能長久的開下去，在海邊住的這一週也確實給我植入了以後回大連發展的念頭，誰不想推開門就能看到一望無際的橘子海呢？大連值得！

先説優點：位置好，老闆態度特別好，屋內乾淨衞生，家常早餐非很棒。
缺點主要在設施：馬桶沖水聲大缺少隔音設施，樓上燈開關在步梯半路得下來關，有幾塊窗簾遮光短几公分，洗手池熱水流量太小，外邊開關隨便一動衞生間就關燈。
總結：瑕不掩瑜，就民宿來説已經很好了。
