Ресепшен при регистрации вел себя так, как будто тебя не существует. Регистрировали очень долго постоянно отвлекаясь на кого-то.
Рум сервис не работает, ресторан в отеле не работает. Заказали еду в отеле по qr code у нас списали деньги, но нам отказали в еде пообещали вернуть деньги. Прошло 3 дня деньги так и не вернулись. Кушать приходилось заказывать в Mac Donald. В работе персонала царил хаус и неорганизованность.
Сдать номер так же пришлось отстоять очередь и при откреплении с отеля.
Отель не плохой по сравнению с другими в этом районе. Рядом хороший песочный пляж и delivery park. Маловероятно, чтоб мы вернулись в этот отель еще раз.

酒店很有設計感，處處充滿了音樂元素，酒吧和户外都有live band表演，很有活力。房間安靜舒適，前台趙雷貼心幫忙升級了房間，入住體驗很棒。早餐豐盛可口，營業時間很長。酒店位置臨海，周邊遊樂設施齊全，隔一條馬路就是發現王國，還能看到煙花秀。值得推薦的一家酒店。

房間隔音太差了，房間太小了，隔壁房間好大聲，然後空調無法自恆調節，第一晚吹到感冒了，第二天讓工程師過來調試，也是無法自行調，必須選一個温度，高於這個温度就空調發動機才降低。房間太舊，有一股發黴的味道，反正就是不值1000一晚，情願住新開的桔子水晶都比這個好，唯一優點就是靠海邊近

超棒的房間，離海邊很近，早餐也很nice！尤其是總枱夢龍樂隊Derek五星好評，事事有迴應，為顧客着想，超好的服務態度為酒店增色很多！以後還會選擇硬石！
